Har is hanging in- about the same since I posted last. She is eating and drinking some, but her stomach seems upset. She has been resting a lot.
She sees one of her vets on Monday afternoon for shots, so we will have him look her over again if she is still unwell. Thanks for asking <3

I am sorry she is still the same . I thought maybe she had improved by now. Prayers for Harlowe's health and well being.

Good morning everyone, Happy Friday.
My husband and I were up all night again with Maggie. We're bringing her in to see the specialist this afternoon. We had her there recently and the doctor increased her cough suppressant but it still isn't helping. We'll see what the next step is.
Not too much going on this morning. I just straightened up the house and now I'm working on laundry. I'm going to head out soon to pick up a prescription at Rite Aid. I also need to work on a menu plan and grocery list. I borrowed some cookbooks from the library the other day, I'm going to flip through them and choose a couple of new recipes for next week. That's about it for me. I am beyond exhausted, not sure if I'll workout today. We'll see.

We're in hardcore raking season by then...and unfortunately usually soon after snow shoveling season. I'd rather rake leaves than cut the grass of shovel snow.

Good luck at the specialist. I really hope you can find a little time to recover this weekend. I love going to the library. It feels like hardly anyone goes anymore. I can get lost for hours in there - simple pleasures. Have a lovely day and weekend.

She is the same since yesterday, but I am relieved that she is eating & drinking now.
That's an improvement from the first full day. Appreciate the prayers!!

We've added extra doses of her probiotics, hopefully that will help. The vet office thought that was a good idea, couldn't hurt.

MMC still isn't running right for me, but I've found a way around it. It just slows me down, but why am I in such a hurry, anyway?

The kids have a half-day of school today, starting their Fall break. They have Monday off, too. Jacob's running off with his buddies, but Elizabeth is going to have lunch with me, my brother and our mom.

I tried to cut the grass yesterday, but the mower punked out on me. I know what the problem is, but the replacement part won't be here until tomorrow..and it's supposed to rain tomorrow. And Jacob has a gig tomorrow. Oh well. maybe the neighbors won't write me angry letter about my yard!

I shovelled and raked last saturday and by Monday morning, it looked like the garden hadn't been touched

I plan on doing tomorrow again but who knows I might just not bother!

It is hard to keep up with isn't it?
