Good Morning, Everyone.
Welcome to the Weekend.

And there is no better way to start a Weekend day (or any other day, for that matter) than with a review of the count numbers, which get more and more exciting by the day!

Here they are:
Days to Halloween: 21 (Three weeks from today!)
Days to the Season: 34 (Under 5 week left!)
Days to Christmas Day: 77 (Under 11 weeks left!)
(Time's a movin', Folks.)

Well, it looks like two days of contrast.
Beautiful weather here yesterday -- moderate temps, low humidity, no rain, gentle breezes.
Now today? Well it's supposed to be chilly, dark and rainy.
(That's the kind of contrast I can do without.)
This morning has begun here at 66 degrees under very overcast skies.

Have a Sensational Saturday and a Fantastic Football Day, Friends!

Thanks, Crown!
Have a merry weekend!

They're just what I wanted! I only allow myself to have them on Saturday & Sunday morning, so I always look forward to them.

Man, I know how you feel about that. Yesterday, I was a bad, a very, very, very bad boy.....I ate not one, not two, but three, Yes.....Three, colossal doughnuts from Shoppers; for breakfast..... Then last night, I had Chinese food and a vanilla ice cream cone.....But wow, what a way to go.....

Good morning, friends ~
Merry Saturday!
I love "sleeping in" and relaxing while enjoying my coffee.
We plan to head to the pumpkin patch & corn maze later today. Going to be gorgeous outside!
Hope you all have a blessed Autumn day~

Can't believe how small those numbers are getting crown! WOW! Happy Football Day to you too! :)

Hi sugar!
Things are going pretty well, thanks~ we are spending a lot of time with Ken in Tomah, he has been in and out of the hospital.
Harlowe has been sick lately, so we are keeping a close eye on her and giving our sweetie lots of TLC.
My parents came up for a visit a few weeks ago, so we had a nice time with them-hit a winery, did some shopping, played board games, cooked and ate a lot, etc. ;)
And one of my best friends just moved back to the Midwest, so we've been catching up with her too.
Real estate is going great. Very busy, but exciting too.

How about you, and your family?

So sorry to hear Ken has still been struggling - it's great that you guys can be there for him though. I hate to hear too, that Harlowe isn't feeling well. :( Know that I will include them both in my prayers, as well as you and Adrian. I'm sure it's really taking a toll on the both of you too.

The visit with your parents sounds lovely! I bet it was wonderful to spend some time with them! Hope both of them are doing well!

That's very nice that your friend moved back your way! It's always nice to have a friend closer to you.

Glad to hear your job is going great for you! That's always so rewarding.

As for us, we're just always keeping very busy, which can be good and bad. LOL. DH has been doing a lot of teaching lately and also volunteered to do the fire prevention for all the schools here in the area, so he's been very busy, on pretty all of his days off - if he's not at a school, he'll sometimes go to a daycare, a center, etc. The kids of course keep us very busy. EA is still very involved in baton. She not only does the parades now, but she is also doing competition now and will have her first one in November. She also started Girl Scouts a few weeks ago and absolutely loves that. I like helping with it too - it is fun and great way to help the community. We'll be back in to cheerleading in the spring probably. DS isn't in to much right now, but I think baseball for his age starts in the spring, he does want to start that. They're both doing great in school!

As for Ella, she's been doing well since her surgery. She has her days where her hips seem to really bother her, but then she has really great days. She still some days seems like she is a pup!

Thanks for asking!!! :)

He loves getting to spend time with the staff and nurses--you all work HARD and are amazing at what you do! We think YOU are a blessing as well! (I'm a chaplain in a continuing care retirement community).

Thank you for saying that - it's great to hear when we're appreciated!

Aww - God Bless you too! The work you guys do too is amazing! We all truly do work together and when it's the hardest times, it's great having each other there in support, especially for the patients.

Thank you for the prayers! Much appreciated.
It is very tough, especially with Adi just losing his Mom. But we just take one day at a time, pray a lot, and remain hopeful for Ken to improve.
We surround ourselves with our families and friends, that helps us get through the struggles ❤️

So glad that you guys are enjoying your Fall! It sounds like you're staying busy, personally & professionally, but still having a lot of fun family times too.

Glad to hear that sweet Ella is doing well, too. Continued prayers for her! Please give her many hugs for us~

:)
