Just remember you won't gain 20 lbs in a day and you won't lose 20 lbs in a day so don't worry about it.Man, I know how you feel about that. Yesterday, I was a bad, a very, very, very bad boy.....I ate not one, not two, but three, Yes.....Three, colossal doughnuts from Shoppers; for breakfast..... Then last night, I had Chinese food and a vanilla ice cream cone.....But wow, what a way to go.....
I have this saying "eat whatever you want within reason and exercise like a maniac and you'll be good."
Of course I love exercising so it's easy for me to say but for people who don't love it I guess they have to watch a little more what they eat. But don't beat yourself up over a day of not eating healthy.
