Christmas Countdown - 2015

Good Sunday morning MMC. It's 44 degrees and mostly sunny in the suburbs of NY this Sunday morning. We are expecting a high of 70 degrees today under mostly sunny skies. Pretty much perfect weather. I'm telling you we had one of the nicest summers and early falls that we've had in forever. I just hope it can last...and that winter will be nothing compared to the last 2 (but come on we need some snow in time for Christmas at least).
Well Sundays I always say I feel more lazy than the other 6 days of the week. I feel like it's the day to sorta just hit the reset button for the coming week. I will be going to my uncles for dinner so that should be interesting. I've got a few errands to do and then I'll watch some football. My Jets are off this week so no pressure in watching the other teams play.
I hope everyone enjoys the 2nd half of their weekend. Mid-October style.

Days to Christmas Day: 75 (Scarcely 2 1/2 months to go!)
(Looks like we've got a strong tail wind Folks, because we are making good time.)


Yep. The predicted rain and chilly weather arrived right on schedule yesterday.
Now today, we should improve quite a bit with warmer, drier weather on tap.
We have started the second half of our Weekend at 57 degrees here in the capital city, without a cloud in the sky.

Happy Sunday everyone. Wow that week went fast. It's a pleasant autumn morning here, hopefully taking baby out for first time today. Any UK members that have movies 24 channel, Battle of the bulbs is on at three o'clock.

Chilly willy morning....my bare piggies are stuffed down in-between the sofa cushions at the moment to get warm; hmmm maybe socks would help!... 40 degrees and the sun is popping up over the trees here at the house this morning. Perfect coffee weather....

What to do today? Well, I guess I have to cut grass, and then the rest of the day is a just go-with-the-flow kind of a day!

I tried a couple times to reach gabulldawg, without success. I pray he's ok. I know real life can make folks very busy. I hope that's all it is. He last post was very concerning.

Good Sunday morning, my Christmas friends!

I have to run out the door early. It's our monthly Men's Breakfast at church, and it's my month to cook. I have to be there at 7am.

I worked all day yesterday on my crazy lawn mower at Jim's shop. We finally got it going about two hours before dark, so I sped home and got the grass cut!!

Maggie did pretty good last night, the antibiotic is definitely working. She woke up coughing a couple of times but was able to go back to sleep. I'm praying she continues to improve, I'll keep you posted!

Good morning everyone, Happy Sunday!
It is going to be sunny today with a high of 66 degrees. We are currently at 50 degrees. The house was a little too chilly for me when I woke up so I put the heat on. Just relaxing with a cup of coffee now. Maggie had a better night so I was able to get some sleep Hope she keeps it up. That lack of sleep is brutal, it was really starting to catch up with me. Not too much going on here today. My husband and I are going to do a little shopping and visit my parents this afternoon. That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

Happy Sunday! Thank goodness we have another day of weekend! I work 2 hours this morning, but that'll fly by.
