Yeah, I thought I was getting something done with my measly 5 weeks vacation. Wow, 7 weeks?!?I know - would be nice to have that many weeks... ah well...somebody has to work!

I know - that would be nice! But then again - 5 sounds great compared to my TWO! All UPS drivers have to have it used up before Thanksgiving. (huge surprise, huh?)
He has to take 5 weeks as full weeks off & he has 2 weeks he can take a day here & a day there.

My day is going pretty well! Just called Mom - she's going to come along to our hair apts tonight then go out to eat with us. Should all be good!

Lucky you...my coworkers used to work on it and now they even said they aren't doing it anymore. I don't care about using PTO for it. It is as you said the best day of the year...and I have no time to go to work that day anyway with everything I do on it.
You guys are lucky. I get 3 weeks! But I have 17 days saved so even if I carry over say 13 plus 15 I will accrue next year I'll have 28...which is 5 and a half weeks. But I will never use all of that.

Just stopping by to say good night. I am exhausted! Just finished wrapping and setting up my son's presents in the living room and decorating with balloons and banners. Feels like Christmas!
Mr Festive has the day off for our son's birthday tomorrow so we will probably take him out somewhere and then have lunch out. Have a great Wednesday if I don't get a chance to pop in. Thank you for all the birthday wishes as well.

Oh, I'm envious ... three weeks is what I get, and it doesn't increase. Still, I manage to make it work!LOL - Oh I love a week off! I usually take 4th of July week off & then also between Christmas & NY!
Hubby has 6 weeks of vacation - will have 7 next year.
