Oh, now I see how to post a full picture from my phone! That's what I was trying to do yesterday. Elizabeth and her friend painted these hay bails yesterday afternoon in Bellville. I love it!

Those are so great, Bradmac!! What a creative and cute idea! They did an awesome job!

Good Morning, Superior Seasonal Santa Supporters.

And how much longer must we wait for the Big Guy?
Well, let's inspect the numbers, which dwindle down by the day:
Days to Halloween: 18 (Barely over 2 1/2 weeks!)
Days to the Season: 31 (ONE MONTH FROM TODAY!!)
Days to Christmas Day: 73 (Now UNDER 10 1/2 weeks!)

The days are getting shorter, my Friends.
Are you ready -- ready for the inevitable??

Quite nice here in central NC yesterday, with plenty of sun, no rain and not a smidgen of excess temperature.
Today? Well, there's a slight chance of precip, but all in all, it should come pretty close to being a carbon copy of yesterday.
The morning has commenced here at 63 degrees.

Have a Terrific Tuesday, Everybody!

Thanks Crown! ONE MONTH. Oh my goodness...the countdown is even more exciting now! It keeps just getting better and better-and more motivating to get things together!

NO! Lol! Have a great day Crown!

I'm right there with you Holiday!!!

Good morning MMC! Happy Tuesday!
We never made it to my uncles for his 95th birthday last night. Hopefully he had a good turn out! We will have to stop & visit with him another day!
Tonight my sis is cutting my hair while cut/coloring my other sisters hair & then we are all going out to eat Mexican after! YUM!
Gracie was all wound up this morning - the birds in our tree were making her crazy!! LOL! If she could have climbed that tree, she would have!
That's about it from me today!
Have a great day everyone!

(I thought these was cute on FB)

Merry Tuesday!! Hope you all had a good weekend. Just working this week and cannot believe it is almost the middle of Oct!! Time is flying by...have a wonderful day!

Same SnowflakeMom! WHERE is October going?! So happy though that it's this time of year! It's my favorite.

Hard to believe but MMC even makes my work day more enjoyable. Coming here during the day on my own self-made breaks lol. It's awesome.
Yes, it's an amazing place! Keeps me visiting every day, such a fun & caring bunch!

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

It was a busy afternoon yesterday. I took my lawn mower back to Jim's shop and we confirmed it needed more work. Then we took Elizabeth to dance practice, and made our weekly trip to Walmart. We did get the KFC $20 Family Fill-up Bucket, so that was a treat for me!

Jim says the guy is still interested in buying my engine. We just need to get a total cost to build another one before we agree to sell it. Jim thinks the 350cid might be too small; now he's thinking 383 Stroker. Lord, help me!

I hope y'all have a great day! :D

I'm thinking 396, maybe 454 or how about a 427 Rat.....

Good afternoon, everyone!

I hope your Tuesday weather is much better than ours. Rain arrived overnight and it doesn't appear to be leaving until tomorrow morning. The only solace in all this is the fact that the temperature is above seasonal.

I am back at Russell today. The students seem to mostly be in a positive mood, so that's always nice. Hopefully it will continue for the afternoon.

Tonight should be quite busy. I have to go to the gym, go for a run, get groceries, and then play competitive dodgeball - yes, it exists. A coworker at Russell has played for a few years and needed another player for her team. I volunteered. It's fun. We're currently 2-0. An hour of straight dodgeball, too, is quite the workout. We'll see how I handle this busy night.

Well, have a great Tuesday, everyone!

Awesome! Dodgeball sounds fun and also like a great workout trying to avoid getting hit! Have a good night!!

I know - that would be nice! But then again - 5 sounds great compared to my TWO! All UPS drivers have to have it used up before Thanksgiving. (huge surprise, huh?) :p He has to take 5 weeks as full weeks off & he has 2 weeks he can take a day here & a day there.

I get two as well, holiday!

Well thank you, we are all blessed, aren't we?
More than we sometimes realize. Even today I was given my "annual raise" and for a second I was slightly disappointed that it was a little less than I got last year. Then I realized the last job I was at NEVER would give me a raise let alone one every single year and that I'm make significantly more money now than I was then and have a good job. I feel fortunate.
