A typical day of work for me ahead. It's rainy here and there's even a chance of storms this afternoon...strange for a chilly late October day!

The leaves are at their peak, which is just beautiful. I love that. I've been feeling a little rushed and off this week because I didn't have my weekend to get ready for it since we got back from vacation late Sunday, so I'm looking forward to some time this weekend to get ready for the next week. I'll travel to lead a session at a retreat about 2 hours away Friday night into Saturday, but I'll be back Saturday night, so I'll still have time Sunday to run and plan for the week ahead.

I hope everyone has a great day today! Stay warm, stay well, and stay merry!

Good Morning MMC !!

going to be a wet one today, rainfall warnings out and lots of wind.
Out for a bit this morning then nothing again today.

Crocheting with one hand is not that difficult , just taking time to practice. I had bought this long hook (14 inches) with a hook on each end, had no idea what it was for but at only $1 in the thrift store I bought it. Turns out it is for one handed crocheting !

Good Wednesday Morning MMC! It's currently 51 degrees with light rain falling. We are expecting a forecast high of 64 with rain. A rainy mid-week is ok as long as the weekend turns out nice.
How's everyone feeling this hump day? Not too bad hopefully. Think about the fact we are on Halloween eve eve eve...yeah that's 3 eve's away from the big one. Well the first of the BIG ones. It's unreal because I remember like yesterday going to work the day before Thanksgiving last year. It's my favorite day to go to work of the year and now in only 4 weeks it will be that day again. Just unreal.

The rain started for us last night, and it supposed to last for a full day. It is very chilly out there, but I'm glad it's above freezing.

Maybe it's just because she's getting older. I don't even want to complain about it, I'm just happy her cough is better. I could deal with the broken sleep.
I'm sorry Harlowe had a rough night, the poor baby. Molly used to have tummy troubles, I could actually hear her gut gurgling. I always wondered if she could have had IBS. I kept her diet bland, I cooked chicken, rice and vegetables for her but she still had issues every once in a while. I'll be praying for the both of you, hope today is much better. Sending hugs your way.

That's what I hear from Harlowe's belly, too. We have kept her on her probiotic prescription, which helps, but she still has her bad days.
I just wish she wasn't such a picky eater. I tried to boil chicken and hamburger for awhile, but she turned her nose up at that, too. Silly girl.

Unreal is right!!

We also have bad weather today. I am hoping that it clears up by Halloween too. Have a pleasant day at work.
