Trying to keep some "merry" going, but to be truthful, I have some weight on my mind and heart this morning.

Aw no that doesn't sound very good. Whatever it is, I hope that it passes and you feel better very soon. I felt a little downhearted myself this morning too. I truly hope that your spirit lifts and things improve.

back from doc appointment, not good news. I cannot go back to work for at least 3 more weeks. Total of 2 months off, hopefully I can go back before Christmas. Trying not to be discouraged.

How was Lulu's Birthday celebrations?

Elizabeth made Lulu a "cake" using a dog-approved recipe she found. It involves a lot of peanut butter, so Lulu wolfed it down. She was not very lady-like about it! LOL We got her a Christmas sweater with a reindeer on the back. Very stylish!

It's just crazy how fast it's coming around... My brother & sil fly in THIS Wednesday for our nephews wedding. They will be home until Monday. So we basically have 2 weekends of Thanksgiving! Partying kicks off this Wednesday night at my brothers house (mother/father of the groom's house) for pizza's on the grill & a bonfire! Exciting times ahead!

Sounds like fun! You guys always have the best times!

I am sorry to hear your recovery process is slow but it's also important that you heal properly. Remember you come first no matter how long that takes. I hope your recovery progresses quickly.
