Have fun decorating for the festive season Jollyheather:)

Whew!!!! After all of the cooking and cleaning, I am exhausted. No rest for the weary though. Now I have to babysit all night while my sister and aunt go shopping. I guess we will all be heading to walmart because I have no food in my house. The fridge was full of food for today and I haven't bought any snack stuff since my niece ate me out of house and home when she was here last week when she was sick. This should be fun.

Good Morning and HAPPY THANKSGIVING to Anyone and Everyone out there in the entire, far-reaching MMC Nation!

How about this, now. Only one count figure left.
(And we all know which one that is!)

Days to Christmas Day: 29 (UNDER ONE MONTH LEFT!!)

Still a bit cool here yesterday but really rather pleasant for late November in these parts. Should be nice today and even nicer tomorrow before a gradually cooling sequence starts up.
This fine Thanksgiving day has begun at 47 degrees for us here in our part of the country.

You have a Thoroughly Thrilling Thanksgiving Thursday, my dear Friends.
Don't eat too much turkey but in case you do, don't forget the pumpkin pie chaser!

I am happy to announce that I am half-way ready for Christmas as far as gift buying goes.

Hope everyone in the U.S. is getting their fill of family and turkey time.

My snowman wreath is on the door. I change the door decorations once a week leading up to Christmas. The last one I put up isn't a wreath, it's a door chime with caroler heads that plays one of 3 merry tunes when someone presses the knocker part. It reminds me of a bit of a church organ.
Stay Jolly, everyone!!!

Happy Thanksgiving!

The holidays are finally here!!!! They are welcomed in by the Thanksgiving day Parade which is on the TV for us right now. I love this time of year, today is, to the 2nd best day of the year, after Christmas Eve/Day which I count as one long fun day.
I hope you all have a great and fun day.

I'll take a slice of white and a sliver of dark with some stuffing, mashed potatoes and a smidge of gravy. Thanksgiving is as special to me as Christmas dinner, yet the merry holiday runs longer so it always takes centre stage with me. Enjoy!

No perfect dinner exists without a bit of wine! Well, that is probably not entirely true, but you catch my drift ;)

Enjoy prepping and have a beautiful day!

Pretty sure the wine my have contributed to my mom's inability to get the dinner rolls out of the oven before they were burnt beyond recognition. HeeHee.

I like the idea of changing it every week, I have several and was trying to decide which to use, I think I will follow your lead and do this too, thanks for the idea !

Good Thursday Morning MMC! HAPPY THANKSGIVING! As xmas 365 said this might be my 2nd favorite day of the year. It's really awesome and this website as others have echoed previously really makes it even better. I want to say I am thankful for being a part of MMC. I'm thankful for my family, friends, job, coworker, and umm awesome food on holidays like Thanksgiving (can't leave the food out now can we?). I hope you all are enjoying your turkey day and for those who aren't celebrating Thanksgiving I just hope you have a great day also.
I think going to bed last night early really helped me. Last year I remember I went to bed almost at midnight and this year I went to bed 2 hours earlier around 10 on Thanksgiving eve. Those 2 hours helped me get up earlier to get a head start on things. Now I'm here enjoying my waffle and bacon for breakfast. Again...Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Hope you're fully enjoying the day! :)

Happy Thanksgiving, MMC!!!!!!! It's going to be a beautiful day here for it with a high in the low 60's. I'll be heading out to my aunt's house soon. There's not much left to do today. Just need to get the sweet potatoes ready to go in the oven, peel and make the mashed potatoes, and whip up the macaroni and cheese. The turkey is already in the oven and cooking away. At least it better be. I should probably call my aunt and check. LOL!!!! So hopefully I will be able to kick back and enjoy most of the parade. I hope everyone has a GREAT THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!
Hope you're relaxing now, dear friend!
(((Hugs)))

Good Morning, Everyone and Happy Thanksgiving! There is so much to be thankful for today. I am thankful for God and everything he blesses us with daily, Family and Friends (especially the MMC ones!), our country, and the Packers Bears football game tonight! Go Pack Go! ;)
We are off to my sister's house later today, making/bringing green bean casserole, homemade stuffing, and a black cherry jello mold. I am also looking forward to a good game of Uno or Spoons! I haven't played games forever!
Whatever you are thankful for today, whatever you are doing, God bless you and Happy Thanksgiving!!
Happy Thanksgiving, missiechick!
Hope you're having a wonderful day!
Go Pack, Go!!!
