Christmas Countdown - 2015

Good evening, MMC! I hope you are all doing great today.

For me this was a typical matchday Saturday: I coached a team and played myself. Both the team I was coaching as my own team managed to win, which was great. On the down side, however, I sprained my ankle in the first set and continued to play for three before being substituted. It is swollen now, but all in all it does not look too bad. I am hoping for a swift recovery.

Going in to my office in a little bit to decorate around my desk, so when I go in Monday it'll be festive. I have a desktop tree, a lighted decoration for the wall, the Rudolph characters for my little barn, a Christmas box of tissues, a countdown, and a couple other items. I may not have space for them all! I'm sure my co-workers think I'm nuts, but they seem to enjoy it each year. We'll grab some lunch at the restaurant next door.
 
Good Afternoon, Everyone!!!!!!! It's another rainy chilly day here in Central Indy with a high of only 42 this afternoon. Yuck!!! I spent the morning doing some cleaning and then braved the craziness that was walmart to pick up a few things that I forget at the grocery yesterday. They seemed to have a lot of stuff leftover from Black Friday. Definitely more than in years past. I picked up a few movies for my niece's out of the $2 bin. They had carts and carts full of the $4 ones. Now I'm off to do some laundry and make a pumpkin pie. I forgot to bring some home from my aunts and one piece at Thanksgiving just isn't enough. I hope every is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!

Thanks! Didn't take too long to set it up, and it looks nice. I was afraid there would be too much stuff, but it's just fine.

Tomorrow, weather permitting, I'll try to get some lights up outside. In the afternoon and evening, I can start decorating the tree. Only the lights are on it so far, and I have the front curtains open so they'll show. Saw some nice lights on the way home from our late lunch. Looking forward to seeing more!
