Ok. It's officially here ..... No denying. December = Christmas yabba!!

Happy December 1st, everyone!! Hard to believe that it's here already. Man time flies when you want it to slow so you can enjoy it. New lights for our real tree should be in tomorrow so we can get that decorated and that should finish our decorating. I am in charge of putting up the Nativity scene outside at our church this year and I am so excited to do it. I had seen it for years growing up, but the last couple of years it wasn't put up. I asked about it and I was told that no one had asked/volunteered to put it up, so last year I said that I'm going to do it! I have missed the scene. Our church has merged with another one this year and have become a new church, so things have been very hectic and emotional, but it's very exciting to see where we can go with our new congregation. I have become very active in church this year and it has helped me immensely both emotionally and spiritually, especially with everything that has happened in my life that past few years. I can't express enough how excited I am that December is finally here!! Hope everyone has a safe and joyous day!!! IT'S DECEMBER!!!!!!

Good Tuesday Morning MMC! More importantly Good DECEMBER MMC! The last month of the year is here...the one we wait for all year long. It feels awesome yet surreal. Time to get into Christmas overdrive now guys. Hope you all have enjoyed this fall so far and now we are really making that final turn towards Christmas. It's just an amazing feeling and can lift you up if you let it. I know we all do. I'm going to come home and watch Rudolph this evening. I am listening to Christmas music at work now that it's on the radio station we have on at work all day long. It's awesome.
I hope you all have a great DECEMBER 1! Talk to you during this awesome and special 1st day of the month of Christmas!

Well, our weather took a decided turn yesterday, with a cold rain falling for a good part of the day. Today is supposed to be drier but still a bit on the coolish side.
Activity has begun here in our part of MMC with an opening temperature of 45 degrees. It's quite damp but no rain is falling.
