Christmas Countdown - 2017

Good afternoon yall!
I know it's gonna take a while to get back in the swing of things but it's great to be back. Christmas this year was the best my family has had in quite a while. We baked, decorated, went site seeing...just wonderful. Yesterday was hubby's 1st day back since Christmas & all went smoothly.
It's in the 60's here. I'm very hot natured & it's so stuffy to me. A/C will be on shortly.
Gonna look up a recipe to try for supper.

Good Afternoon .. The morning went by very quick for me, taking a late lunch today. Ran to Hallmark during the first part of my lunch break as it is just around the corner from work and scored several ornaments for 75% off. Got each of the kids 3 new ornaments, got a new one for DH and myself. Going to tuck them away until next Christmas. There is another Hallmark store down the road so I may stop there tomorrow to see if they have any different ones.

If you have a hallmark store near you may I suggest you stop by there. They just reduced all their Christmas ornaments to 75% off today. A good way to beat the PCB is to do something Christmas related

Been listening to the Charlie Brown Christmas Soundtrack the last two days to uplift the spirits.

Amazing how it brings back such vivid childhood holiday memories.
Even more amazing I now get to share those with my 5 year old daughter.
But most amazing I can freely admit it here in this forum!!!

4pm Wednesday. Still no news from the colts on whether everyone is staying or going. The natives are getting restless and contemplating marches down W56th street. Owner probably to busy looking for more guitars to buy instead of making a decision.
