It's my favorite time of (almost) every weekday....quitting time!!! 
We have a tornado watch until 10:00 PM tonight. Hopefully we don't have to worry about that. We also have a funeral viewing to go too - our friends Dad - so not a fantastic night ahead for us! But I hope all of you have wonderful evening!!!

Happy Thursday, Minta!! We just started into softball season too but no games yet! I think our opening day is in a few weeks.

An annoying day so far! I was out of the office for two days for some minor surgery, and when I got here this morning there was my reading lamp/magnifier broken in pieces lying on my desk. Probably the cleaners knocked it over and left it for dead. The office will buy me a new one, but in the meantime I don't have a work lamp. (The lighting here is good for computer work, but inadequate for reading hard copy, which is why I bought a work lamp.)
I hope you're doing alright after your surgery MerryCarey. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers & wishing you a speedy recovery. So sorry to hear about your lamp as well, hope it can be replaced quickly!

Just a quick pop in.
I fell asleep last night while reading through the posts, and now tonight I am nodding off again. I sat down for the first time tonight at 940pm. JC had his first lacrosse game/scrimmage tonight almost an hour away. It was his first ever, so he got his feet wet.
We have snow coming tomorrow into Saturday, where was all this snow at Christmastime?
I hope to get caught up tomorrow, but there just never seems like there is enough hours in the day right now.

TGIF! Hope everyone in MMC land has made it to Friday ok. Time to gear up for a new month and a new weekend. After a couple of nice days we're expecting a lot of rain today and tonight maybe even mixed with snow tonight. Yeah that will be heading officially into APRIL. We're expecting lots of rain today in to tomorrow afternoon, could be heavy at times. I decided to go food shopping last night to get it over with, glad I did. Not too much going on here today, I'll just be working on some chores around the house. Working on my Easter menu as well. Oh I forgot to mention I bought tickets yesterday to see Stevie Nicks, the show is next week. So excited, I love her so much. Nothing else to report here.
