Good Monday morning, Christmas friends!
The prom is finally behind me! Elizabeth was more beautiful than I expected, outshining everything around her. She went with a group of friends, and she said they all had a great time dining and dancing. Most of the seniors went to the beach afterwards, so she came home at 10:30, never being more than two blocks from home. In the tenth grade, she's still too young to date, but I didn't mind (too much) her going to the prom with a group of friends, as long as she didn't leave Bellville, and came home when the prom was over. I'm glad she had fun!
I sent some of the prom pictures I took to my mom, who promptly took them to Walmart for development. They almost didn't give them to her because they thought they were professional pictures, and that she was trying to "pirate" them! I had to talk to the woman at the photo counter on the phone and tell her what kind of camera I used, and that I give MY MAMA permission to print them. Grrr! That's just crazy!
I tried working on the Camaro Saturday, but we found out we had the wrong parts after a few hours, so that was shot in the foot.
Sunday, we had church, then a lunch fund-raiser at church for the local cancer charity, then I spent the afternoon hanging a new under-cabinet microwave at Mama's. That was a job!
I hope y'all have a great day!
