Good Thursday morning, Christmas friends!
It's sprinkling rain here this morning, but it's been unseasonably cool for the last couple days. It was only 84°F yesterday afternoon about 6pm, and the humidity was obviously lower. Nice!
I have some work to do after work, so it'll be a busy afternoon for me. I hope the cool weather holds out!
And I hope y'all have a great day!

Savoring every bit of summer I can. July 4th is the end of summer for me because I started dreading DD having to go back to school on August 8. I waste an entire month dreading something I can't change (DD will be in 7th grade, so just a few more years to dread it!) so I'm going to try to do better this year for the month of July. Maybe I will be able to catch some QVC Christmas in July & Hallmark Channel Christmas movies this year.
I hope the Hallmark & HMM Channel's help to keep you merry through July!
I'm looking so forward to July 7th! (not wishing away time though!) We don't even have kids but every year when Aug 1st hits I get that "UGH, back to school month" feeling! 
They don't go back here though until Aug. 23rd. Have a great day Whitney!

TGIF MMC! Last day of June! Last day of the first half of the year! And last day before CIJ! Wow that's pretty incredible. Tonight I will be going to my Uncle's with my brother. Going to get home late I'm sure but oh well the weekend I can rest mostly. I have lots of errands to do though too. But I'm glad it's Friday even though life is a little more hectic right now it's mostly good stuff going into the 2nd half of the year. Have a great day!

Well pardon my french, but we are getting so close to our next Milestone, that a little loose speech is to be expected!
Let's look at today's numbers, then contemplate the Milestone marker status.
Days to the Season: 136
Days to Christmas Day: 178
Now, as to the next Milestone, be advised it is the 2/3 point to Christmas Season 2017. And be further advised, that marker will arrive TWO WEEKS FROM TODAY!
Yes, sir. In just two short weeks, we will enter the LAST third of our Season count.
Will wonders never cease? (I certainly hope not!)
A little warmer and a little more humid here yesterday in comparison with Wednesday, but still quite nice as we near the end of the month. Still warmer weather is predicted for today, and a shower or two is possible later.
We stand just over 74 degrees here at this hour.
Well, Folks. Weekend Eve is here once again! An none too soon.
Have a Wondrous one......and also a Fantastically Fabulous Friday Friends, while you're at it!

What's up, Christmas lovers? Anyone in the mood for a little Christmas shopping tonight? I sure am...hope I can stay up that late!
Hate a LATE night. I take over the helms of our school district on Monday and my boss of 17 years had her last day, yesterday. Whole range of emotions going....happy, sad, nervous, etc. Looking forward to the journey, though. I am moving out of my office after 8 years and she left me 17 years worth of her junk to clean up. I left work last night at 3 a.m. Four hours later and I'm back at it. I just want to hit the ground running when we come back from the 4th....if that is going to happen, I gotta have this place cleaned up. I love my boss, she was my mentor....but she was a pack-rat. I threw away 13 bags of trash....and that was from 1/2 of the office.....
Here's to hoping I knock the other half out today!
