Good Thursday afternoon, Christmas friends!

It's been another busy day, and I only have a minute right now. I hope everyone is doing good.

It's around 76°F right now, and it's supposed to be 80° tomorrow.

I hope y'all have a great day!

Okay, maybe my 30's and raining isn't so bad.

Good Afternoon, MMC!!! Talk about a miserable day out there. Overcast, rain, wind, makes you just want to crawl back into bed. I went to the grocery though and as soon as I walked out of the store, the heavens let loose. I was soaked by the time I ever made it to to the car. At least it was still fairly warm out then. Now we have dropped 20 degrees and are back into the 30's. Not to much planned for this afternoon. I'll just be babysitting my youngest niece. I hope everyone is having a great day!!!!

Oh I found this beauty at the grocery this morning for $2.50.

It would be a wonderful day for sleeping!! Crazy up & down temps! Hope you are dried off by now! And that Santa is a beauty! Who could pass that up at $2.50?!?

Thanks everyone! Doc was in & see's no signs of injury from the fall. Also said flu is running rampant in the NH but it's been a 24 hour thing so hopefully she's good tomorrow....and nobody else gets it!! xx

Harlowe had a better evening but a pretty rough night. Was up every hour.

It is crazy!!! We have been lucky to stay on the warm side of some of these crazy storms!!

I don't even want to think of the ice. Ugh. At least we are supposed to get above freezing during the day Saturday.

Poor Har! Sure hope she catches a break soon!
They are saying freezing rain & a high of 32 for us on Saturday. Sure hoping it's all snow!!! xx

Nope no cone, she doesn't mess with it much. One of her meds actually comes in a beef flavored treat form so she has no problem eating a treat LOL. Her other meds are in pill form and has to have 1 1/2 everyday so I just wrap them up inside a slice of cheese .. she loves cheese The hardest part is keeping her from running and jumping. To be honest I am not sure if she or the cat is more upset with the limited activity LOL. The love to play and chase each other.

How cute that they play together so well! And nice that she takes meds so well for you! Continued prayers for quick healing!! xx

Speaking of Easter my mom just text me this morning pictures of Easter candy out in the supermarket!!!

Hmmm ... Easter is April 16th ... that's 3 months in advance ... where are the "Easter creep" headlines? Can you imagine the furore if Christmas candy hit the shelves in early September?

Thanks Merry! I agree - but she's at the point now we feel she will be better at home. SO many bugs at the NH, she sure doesn't need to keep getting sick! The only reason she is there is for therapy & she can get that at home. She's definitely stronger than she was when she got there.

Well, maybe they finally realized Christmas music is so much better than that Pulse music stuff.
I know in years past a few of us, including myself, were writing the Music Choice people asking for a full time Christmas music station. They always responded that they would look into it, or they didn't have enough free channels to do it.
Now with smart tvs, and cable companies offering Pandora through the box, Christmas music is available whenever you want through your TV. I found myself using Pandora more than Music Choice this year, especially now that Music Choice is clearly sticking to contemporary artists more than the classics.

You know, I used the iheartradio app & website a lot this year, their "iheartChristmas Classics" station is fantastic... and year round as far as i know.

It's gotta be 60 out there...In New Jersey...In January...Glad we are almost into the 200's and I've decided that the only internet sites I will frequent for the time being are non-political ones...I can't stand the bickering out there in the world...Around here, we're all good and all a community...

Yeah I could understand MAYBE if it was March 16th this year...but it's a full 3+ months away! I guess the shorts and fireworks will be out shortly!

Everyone, have a great evening. I'm going to go stay with Mom until my other sister gets there...and then I'll head home for snacks, drinks & to watch Holiday Inn with my friend!! Excited!!!
