Good morning....just my usual work today and I am afraid my cold has come back! I have been coughing a bit and have some congestion but I just took an advil cold and sinus so I am sure that will kick in soon.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Coming close now to completing a full month of Christmas Season 2017.
A whole month nearly down.
Wow!

And now the big day is closing in fast, as the count data informs us:
Days to Christmas Day: 13 (UNDER the TWO WEEKS mark, now!)


Cold weather has settled in and tonight could be the coldest of the season so far, as we are predicted to drop down into the low 20's.
After that, a slow rebound will begin.
We have currently commenced this second day of the work week at 41 degrees here in our portion of MMC land.

Morning MMC! The days are dwindling! Well my plans last evening went well. Christmas shows and wrapping. That's the plan tonight too. I have a little tradition the last couple of years now with looking at my phone app weather which gives a 2 week outlook as soon as we are 2 weeks from Christmas Eve/Day to keep an eye everyday on the forecast. Right now we have 42 high and 24 low on Christmas Eve with the chance of Rain and Snow. Christmas Day looks colder with a high of 34 and a low of 18 but sunshine. Not terrible...certainly nothing like Christmas 2015 which was like 68 and rainy Christmas Eve and 65 and sunny Christmas Day lol. Have a great day!

I hope you get the weather you want. I prefer cold & clear, but the last few Christmases have been shorts weather LOL.

Our office party went great last night. I love hibachi, and we all had a great time. Of course, we had to go to Walmart when it was over, and, of course, Nancy's cousin was there and I got stuck listening to them talk about family for an hour. I was too full for all that! LOL

Good morning MMC! Merry Tuesday!! Just a normal day of work for me today, nothing too exciting! Maybe I'll put up the tree here at work!
It is really chilly this morning. We had some snow earlier & we're supposed to have snow squalls off & on today. That wind is wicked!!!

I just looked at our Christmas forecast: Christmas Eve is a high of 31º with AM snow showers, A Low of 21º with Snow Showers Late. Christmas Day is a high of 30º Mostly Cloudy, and a low of 18º Mostly cloudy. Wonder how many times that will change. LOL

It’s going to be a bit warmer today with highs near 50 degrees and a chance of showers. I have a doctor appointment later this morning, just a follow up visit. I need to do some food shopping at some point. I’ll be working on the laundry as well. Maybe some Christmas shopping too!

Glad you had a good time!! I hate it when you run into somebody - and no offense to them - but all you want to do is go home!!! Seems like that's when you always run into someone you know. LOL!

Good Tuesday morning! It's been snowing non-stop and we expect 20cm by the time this storm passes through. I'm working the afternoon/evening shift, I know it will be pretty bad by the time I go out, but the main roads will be clear at least. I've been watching Christmas movies/tv shows each day so far this month, keeping my streak going. We watched National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation on Saturday, a classic. Then we watched Nativity 2 on Sunday on Netflix. We'd seen the first one but the sequel wasn't so good, felt very long. Then last night we watched an Asterix film. Of course Asterix is not Christmas-related but this is a movie that has played every year on tv here as part of the Holiday line-up for kids since I was 8 and it's a tradition to watch it at Christmas. This morning I'm watching Holiday baking shows. Makes me want to get baking already, I'm late getting to it this year because of this darn cold. Hope everyone has a wonderful day.
