Heading out to look at Christmas lights. There is a nice light snow falling so it will add some nice atmosphere to the drive and lights.
Then home to prepare for Santa. We made some fresh cookies for Santa too!

I bought the Beatles Christmas box set (which is so cool!) and I have them in the juke box. Listening to the 1964 record now. It's a red 45 rpm and looks nice spinning.
Hate to admit it but I was around when they made these records.......

is falling, stores have closed, traffic in town has dwindled to just a few. Less than 5 hours to Christmas !

Back from looking at lights. There were some really nice houses. The snow was really falling while we were out. It was a wonderful outing.
When we got home we decided to take a quick picture in front of our house.

Merry Christmas to each and every one of you. The snow is about to start falling, everything is done, and we awaiting for the most wonderful time of the year in just a few more hours. Yes, Santa is coming, but let us not forget, the most important thing, remember the baby that was lying in a manger a long time ago.

Merry Greetings - Back from my parents and visit with just family until the neighbours two doors over stopped by. That's when I nearly lost it (emotionally). So sad to see my mom unable to sit up in her usual way, yet she still managed to call the shots from her position. It's like a scene out of a Hallmark film.
Tomorrow I will return with my husband and we'll have our gift exchange and enjoy each other's company.
Caught the Santa update and going to chill with O'Malley on the sofa and watch a Christmas flick. It's amazing how much he helps me relax. Pets are good medicine.
