Great update on Gracie!! Andre LOVES the vet and all the people that talk to him. Leo on the other hand is so terrified I feel so bad. He goes into complete panic mode...lol

(((HUGS))) To Andre & Leo!! Buster always hated the vet too. Poor guys!!

Happy Pines Day...a pretty dreary day here but at least it is warming up for now. Just work for me today and I am making a pasta Fagioli soup in the crockpot. Hope you all have a good day!

Praying sweet Maggie does well at the groomer today & her cough improves very soon. Maybe this crazy weather is effecting her too? Poor girl! (((HUGS)))

Thank you both, Maggie made it through her groomer appointment just fine. I ended up bringing her to the vet yesterday because she was coughing more than usual. An X-ray shows that her airway is very narrow. We're hoping it's just inflammation and that anti inflammatory pills will give her some relief. I will keep you posted.

Day off was busy, did a bit of running around, cleaning and laundry. Then I made a roast beef for dinner, I need a day off from my day off. I did get to watch the Bruins win tonight, so I guess that tops off my day with a smile.

Morning MMC! We had an early spring and now it appears a late winter. Snow is coming Friday then bitter cold this weekend and maybe a bigger storm next week (I sure hope not). Anyway, other than the weather not cooperating here in March it's been an ok month so far. We're getting a little closer to the weekend. Enjoy your day!

Been so busy this week running around getting ready for my mothers birthday party on Sunday. Lots to do today as well. I have an appointment to have my hair cut and colored this morning. My daughter has a doctor appointment later this afternoon. I'll run my errands and work on daily chores in between. Just threw dinner in the crock pot, I'm making pulled pork sandwiches tonight. That's about it for me. Hope everyone is well and has a great day!

Days to Christmas Day: 291

And Milestone marker number four is, of course, the 1/3 point to Christmas Season 2017, and will be here in just SIX days.
(UNDER a week away, now!)


It was just a bit cooler yesterday but still exceptionally nice for early March here in North Carolina. Today should see us approach the mid-70's, again with no prediction of precipitation.
One more day of this tomorrow, then Mother Nature has indicated enough is enough, and the weekend will see us return to more seasonal conditions.
Currently, our back door thermometer reads 43 degrees here in the capital city. A bit coolish, but nice and sunny with no wind.

I've gotten hooked on "Fallout 4" on the Playstation again. I know better than to start that again, but now I spend my whole lunch hours playing, and every free moment at home (though there's not much of that). I gotta stop that!!

We're coming up on the Rattlesnake & Wildlife Festival this weekend, so I'm planning to be out of town. That's a lot of folks passing through Bellville. Bernie will be happy, though!

They are saying snow for us tonight. And possibly again Monday. Tomorrow night we have a low of 15º - Saturday a high of 30, low of 16...Yep, February was warmer!!
