Happy Easter everyone!!

Happy Easter, friends! It has been a great day so far and the rest of the day is full of potential. Church with the little ones and now I'm about to head outside and play the day away. Around 5:00, we go to my Mom's and we are eating Chicken Spaghetti....

Could it be any better? (as he thinks to it would be if we didn't have to work tomorrow)

Y'all have a great day!

4 years ago today we learned that we had lost one of our own. We miss and love you @caninemom3. We know you are our very own angel now though, watching over us and keeping us safe especially in our darkest times.
I still think of her often, and miss her much. She was such a wonderful person.

Good Thursday morning, Christmas friends!

I recently found that Youtube offers full albums to listen to! Right now, I'm listening to Foreigner 4. Of course, you'd have to be as old as me to appreciate that, but I LOVE 80's rock! Toto IV, Journey - Escape, Foreigner 4, Chicago 16...out of this world AWESOME music!

Meanwhile, back at the ranch...

I have to take Jacob and his fellow band members to a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert in Atlanta tomorrow night. They're all 19 to 20 years old, but none of them are confident enough to drive in Atlanta, so I'm driving them AND paying for the hotel room...and I'm not invited to the concert! I just have to hang out in Atlanta for a few hours while the concert is going on. Nice. LOL

I hope y'all have a great day! :D

You definitely do not have to as old as you to enjoy great music, all my favorite music is from before I was born. Full albums are a plus that YouTube offers.

Good evening and Happy Easter!

After a crazy few weeks, I am finally all caught up again. We had a quiet Easter with family, enjoyed some turkey, and discovered I don't like ham that much anymore. It has never been my favorite, but one bite is all I could handle today. It was also 86* degrees today, I have had enough heat, I am ready for late fall now. It has been crazy here with my job training, training my team, Easter ham sales, JP's lacrosse games and practices, (his team is 2-0) and life in general. I haven't even been thinking of Christmas, considering I have lived it for years.
I am hoping that things are slowing down again, and I have the next 2 weekends off, which I am excited for since I haven't had back to back days off since February.
Since I haven't been here often lately, here is one of my Easter traditions:

Goodnight, everyone

Morning MMC! Happy Easter Monday! Hope you all had a great Easter Weekend. Back to work for me now and most likely for the next 6 weeks without a weekday off. That's my plan and then once we hit Memorial Day I've got it planned out to basically have 60% of the weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day to be 3 day weekends. I'm going to get too used to working 4 days a week in the summer I think. But for now back to work for a full week and I feel well-rested. I even fell asleep for an hour and a half nap yesterday late afternoon (I NEVER do that) and still slept another 7 hours last night. I'm telling you 3 day weekends are the best because they feel like a mini vacation. Have a great Monday!

Good Monday morning! Back at work today but for a short work week (3 days of work followed by 5 days off!). We're having an Easter Monday lunch for our social fund today. I made honey-roasted carrots and parsnips. I'm also in charge of bread and beverages. Hope everyone will enjoy a great day!

Good Morning, Everyone.

SINGLE DIGITS!
<< What, Crown?? >>
You'll see in a moment, little voice.

First, get a load of this:
Days to the Season: 210
Days to Christmas Day: 252

Now, as to single digits -- that is how close we are to our next pending Milestone marker, the ONE-THIRD point to Christmas Day 2017!
And then, the very next day, SINGLE DIGITS to the 200-day Season Window!
<< That sounds like back-to-back Milestone markers to me, Crown! >>
How right you are little voice. How right you are.

Fantastic weather here yesterday. The type of weather that should get me out doing yard work.
But it was so nice sitting out on the front porch, I lingered there longer than I should have.
(Now, if I just had a hammock handy. It was such great snoozing weather!)
Continued nice conditions today, and we have commenced the new week at 62 degrees here in the capital city.

Have a Marvelous Monday Folks, as we move boldly on into the second half of April, hard though that may be to believe!

Good morning ~
Merry Monday!
It's going to be a beautiful day, sunny with temperatures in the lower 70's. I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter. We had a really nice day. I have lots of leftovers but I still need to run to the supermarket later to do some food shopping for the rest of the week. Other than that I will be working on some chores around the house. I may start to take down my Easter decor as well. I hope everyone has a great day!
