Good Morning, Folks.

We are so close to our next TWO Milestones, you can almost reach out and touch them!

Today's information:
Days to the Season: 203
Days to Christmas Day: 245

And you read that right. We are only THREE days away from the 200-day Season Window!
But hold on to your Santa hats, now -- we will be 1/3 of the way back to Christmas the DAY AFTER TOMORROW!
These Milestone markers have a way of creeping up on you if you look away (or even if you don't!).

Quite a bit of rain fell yesterday and it was rather chilly, not getting out of the 50's all day.
More precipitation is predicted for today, although it should be a tad warmer.
Pleasant conditions should return no later than Wednesday.
We currently show 55 degrees here at our location, with a light rain falling.

Rain or shine, you have a Marvelous Monday, Everybody!

Good morning MMC ~
Merry Monday!
It's going to be mostly cloudy today with highs near 60 degrees. I'm heading out soon, I have a neurologist appointment. Just a follow up to get refills on my migraine meds. Back home afterward, we're having new gutters put on the house later today so I need to be home for that. I guess that's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a great day!

Hello all. Today was a lovely day outside. We mowed the grass and other yard maintenance. We also planned out some landscaping for our backyard. We want to make our patio larger and create a large space for a raised garden. It will take some time to complete, but at least we have a plan.
Tomorrow is a school day, but there is not much school left. Summer is near! The students are ready, and so are we teachers. :p

For me, once summer starts, I begin to think about Christmas in July! :D

Have a great night everyone.
Have a good Monday, ITP!

Welcome to another school day Iteach...
We are getting ready to do a lot of yard work to include some new grass planting, as well as some landscaping, flower and vegetable planting as well. Sometimes when I think of all of it, it can be a bit overwhelming, but then as we take it one step at a time, it all comes together.
Enjoy the rest of the school year, but especially the Summer ahead...

Good evening,

My weekend went way too quickly, we pretty much hung around home all weekend as a family. JP had a game yesterday and came within inches of scoring his first goal. My Bruins were eliminated today, they had a good series for a young team all 6 games decided by 1 goal, 4 of the 6 in overtime. It will be a long off season, but I must pull for the Pittsburgh Penguins now, they have been my second favorite team since the 80's.
Back to work in the morning of what will be a tough week.

Goodnight, everyone
Morning Xmas. Sorry to hear about this being a tough week for you. Is it due to the job itself or because of the Bruins' season ending early? I can relate to the "off-season", but in my case it is the NFL that I wait for. I'm not sure if it is a bit harder on us due to the short amount of games or on those sports that have a larger amount, so there is more of a chance to rise or fall as the season gets near the end.
Anyway, have as good a week as possible and an even better final weekend in April...

Good morning all.
Not much going on here today, which is great! Of course my son would tell you different, he has prom tonight. I am really glad that I have a boy who does not have to do much more than put on his suit. No make-up, no fancy hair and nails, no crazy expensive dress. Just a suit.:D

Have a good one folks!
Lucky you! LOL

Good Morning MMC !

going to another nice day here. off to work, then meeting tonight so that about takes care of my day.
Enjoying a cup of tea, and waiting for my eggs to cook.

Hope you all have a fantastic day !
Hi there Christmasstar. Today will be windy here, but otherwise nice. My third day off, so that will mean some brief chores about town and then a little yard work. Got my coffee and breakfast today will include eggs, toasted french bread, hash browns and a New York strip that I thawed and forgot to grill.
Have a great week and a good meeting...

Great..now I'm starving!!

Morning MMC! Happy Last Week of April! Hard to believe that we have 2 major milestones this week and that a week from today we will turn the calendar to MAY. It's going to be mostly cloudy today but right now the sun is peaking through. Should be an ok week at work this week I hope and of course looking forward to another spring weekend. Have a great Monday!
Greetings Edge. An enjoyable last portion of April to you as well. Looking forward to May actually. Got my first mowing yesterday and some fertilizer put down (the front yard anyway), with some more to do today. Not much else planned for this day, so I'll play the rest by ear. Have fun...

Good morning, everyone!

So close to some milestones. So close, in fact, I can nearly hear the Christmas music... or, perhaps that is still the music playing in my head from visiting Ottawa's year-round Christmas store "Tinseltown" on Saturday. As always, it was a fantastic experience.

I hadn't visited my favourite place since the beginning of December/end of November. Kim and I drove past it a week or so ago and saw that they were having a storewide 60% off sale. What better time to purchase decorations, and maybe a few gifts, for Christmas 2017?!

Other than our regular routine on Saturday, it was a relatively quiet weekend. This week should be enjoyable. I'm back in the library at Russell for the entire week, again. It could be my last week designated to the library, but we'll see.

Well, I hope everyone has a great Monday. It's the final week of April and there are two magical milestones. What more could we ask for?!

Good Morning SnowflakeMom. We should be getting our rain tomorrow as well, which is why I was anxious to get some fertilizer down yesterday and today. For me, it is not just the days, but the years that are flying by. I was asked on Saturday how long I had been volunteering at the Zoo and I thought around three or four years. turns out it has been six... absolutely amazing!!!
Have a nice day and a terrific end to this first full month of Spring...

Great..now I'm starving!!
Me too... lol. One of those things left over from my military days. I just can't seem to make it more than a couple of hours after I wake up without eating breakfast to get me going.
But I'm sure an old hand around the bivouac campfires should be able to come up with something nutritious... right? Have a good military style day Gunny...

Morning Brent. Christmas music is a staple here in my home office. In fact the vocal talents of Englebert Humperdinck are currently gracing the airwaves. We don't have a year-round store here, but I have got to get up to Bronner's one of these days.
Have a great week, beginning with a very merry Monday...

Morning Crown. Well, at least the rain should make the Carolina area looking nice and green. Strange how up north we always expect to be a bit cooler than the south, but here in South Dakota, it is already 59 with an expected high of 71. But, as you say... rain or shine, Monday is here and we might as well make the best of it (and everyday) that we can. Enjoy...
