Christmas Countdown - 2017

Morning MMC! Today is going to be about as perfect of a weather day as you can have. A high of 78 degrees with sunny skies and no humidity. It's been a long 2 months (well only in terms of weather) since mid-March when had 15 inches of snow because we've seen a lot of clouds, cool weather, and rain. Finally the weather is turning here in the middle of May and looking ahead it will continue so finally I think it's time to take out the shorts for about the next 4 months. Good Tuesday morning, Christmas friends!

I picked up Elizabeth at school yesterday afternoon because she wasn't feeling well. Nancy had the same symptoms a couple days earlier, and like Nancy, she was over it in a few hours. I'm not sure what it was, but I'm glad it wasn't a long-term thing.

I thought movie night was tonight, but I'm told that I should listen closer. We're going Tuesday after next. Oh, well. I'm going to see the new Alien: Covenant movie this weekend, so take that, bossy!

It's going to be a nice day, mostly sunny with highs near 75 degrees. I need to do some food shopping this morning. Other than that I will be working on my daily chores. I'll probably go for a couple of walks as well and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Good morning MMC! Merry Tuesday! What a BEAUTIFUL day!!!! Sure wish I were outside! High of 85º predicted for today!! After work, my friend & I are flower shopping in Amishville! Can't wait!!

Our haystack meal at Moms last night was delicious & fun! The weather was so nice - mom had a deck full! Thankfully the dessert I made (Emma's recipe) turned out! Whew!!!

May is starting to look and act like May at long last: sunny and high 70s (F) today; mostly sunny and even hotter the rest of the workweek. After so much rain and clouds, the colors outside are incredibly bright and vibrant today.

I'm loving all the trees turning green finally, best part of Spring. Going to a physio appointment in a few minutes and then it's off to work. 3 more (jam-packed) days and then a week off! Ha ha ha! Stay cool made! I think today feels AMAZING!!!! They did say it could get warm later this afternoon - we should get yard work done early! My boss must not have received that memo - he didn't tell me to go home!
