Lol..I never had a "good" quart give me a hangover and I have put away a boatload. Guess it depends if the person making it knows how to make his cuts. My Grandpa use to say.." You know you had good likker if you wake up nekkid next to a dead deer" ...That saying always made me uneasy..lol!!LOL! I'm afraid those days are behind me, too! Like the old Hank song says, "And the hangovers hurt more than they used to."![]()

Very soon.
We will have fully completd the first half of our journey back to Christmas.
Days to the Season: 142
Days to Christmas Day: 184
Can we really be half way back to Christmas as of THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW??
Well, that's what the chart says. It's proven dependable in the past. No reason to start doubting it now.
(But nevertheless, it still seems incredible, doesn't it?)
It was a tale of two days yesterday. The morning was cloudy, coolish and with a strong threat of more rain.
By contrast, the afternoon was sunny, hot, humid and breathless.
Today? Well it depends on how close the remains of "Cindy" get to us. The weather service has been getting progressively more optimistic and we should have a pretty nice weekend.
For now, we are under calm, partly cloudy skies and see a temperature reading of 78 degrees.
Have a Sensational Saturday and a Leapin' Launch to your Weekend, Everyone!
