Good Morning, MMC!! Well the post CIJ hangover is in full effect this morning. Staying up for those late night Valerie and Jim Shore shows really gets to you. Lol!! Not to much going on today. My nieces have been with their dad so I'm going to go see them now that they are home. I also need to go to target to pick up mom's meds. Then maybe a nap. Lol!! I hope everyone is having a great day!!

Yep. My aunt has had two cut and I don't trust the people in my apartments anymore.

Seriously??? That's sad! We haven't had any issues around here with that...and prayers we don't!! The worlds gone "crazy"!

WOW!!!! It was a chatty weekend here on the countdown! I have A LOT of catching up to do! Must have been CIJ on QVC!!! So fun!! Love it!!

Ha!!! And we only chatted through 3 shows!! 500 posts seems like we were slacking compared to years past.

As much as I love summer, it sure is fun to think/dream about the BERS/winter/Christmas!

Morning all!! CIJ '17 is officially in the books. The rain held off for the afternoon and a good time was had. I managed to give almost all the leftovers away so I wont be eatting pork for a week straight..lol. We even managed to get everything cleaned up before the beverages took hold.

It's very July outside today! Sunny and bright, with the temps going up to near 90.
Me, I'm doing preliminary work on a Christmas video project. July is when the Christmas work begins!

We had such a mild temp weekend - it's going up this week though!

I was checking him out at hallmark yesterday and almost bought him. He's almost 20" tall. Then QVC had him cheaper even with shipping added on. So he's on his way to me!!

Chile had a rare snowstorm this weekend. Sad hearing they had one death but it still nice to hear that kids got to experience the wonderful snow. Wish TN would wake up in the morning with a rare July snowstorm.

Oh yikes!! I know things are different over there but hard to imagine 2" of snow causing 250,000 people to be out of electric!! So sad about the deaths!

That's why I only bought the leftovers from last year at 80% off. I got 5 ornaments for $18.

Happy Monday!
It's going to be a nice day, partly cloudy with a high of 79 degrees. I'm heading out soon, one of the cats has an appointment with the veterinarian. Poor Bentley, he's such a scaredy cat. Can't wait to get him back home. Not too much else going on today. I'll just be working on my daily chores. I may take a ride to the library this afternoon as well. I'm making tacos and enchiladas for dinner. That's about it for me.

Good Monday morning, Christmas friends!

It looks like everyone had a blast with A QVC Christmas this weekend LOL.

We finally got through the wedding on Saturday, after a long "series of unfortunate events". I'm sore from moving tables and chairs, and I'm tired of sweating for an outdoor wedding reception in July, but we got it done.

I did get to play a couple songs with the band, along with my best friend (who is also my cousin and the lead singer in our band). I have to say, that made my weekend. I can't tell you how much I miss being on stage. Ed and I agreed that we need to get the band back together. Fingers crossed!

Sorry to hear there was a series of unfortunate events on wedding day, but I hope it all turned out great!
I agree you should get your band together again! We had a blast listening to our friend sing/play both Saturday & Sunday this weekend. So fun!

Good Monday morning! Being on vacation, I must say it felt great not to get the "dreaded Monday" feeling last night. It's grey and rainy right now but they predict nice Summer weather for the rest of the week. Today will probably be a day of movies. Hope everyone is doing well and will enjoy a great day!
