Thanks Martine. Yes, our friend said she is thankful for every person that walks through their door. Such a trying time! A group of us friends met up at the local Kafe before we headed to their house (13 of us) & their house was already quite full when we got there. They are surrounded by friends & family! They need it!
2 more work days before staycation, right??

Good morning HMG! My mums definitely bloomed fast & will be done before their "normal" time, but so far they are ok, as well as my pumpkins. But yes, I'm sure the warm temps are hard on them! They are ready for fall weather too!

I agree HMG! I keep mine up through Thanksgiving as well! If I don't host, my tree goes up, but all other decs remain Fall/Thanksgiving! Bummer to have to double buy mums!

There's barely 80 days or so left in the YEAR. Think about that.
I know someone who feels that way about spiders.definitely fall temps today with lots of rain and wind. It is only 7c (45f) right now I need a sweater or a fuzzy blanket. Going back to summer soon till months end they say.
There is quite the party going on at the Pines tonight ! Carl is dancing but no one will join him any more because he has danced on to many feet already LOL. But the fired twinkies and the sweet tea are great as always.
