I stopped at Walmart for a couple of things and ended up leaving with these guys

Thanks, Holiday. It may seem strange to hear, but Canada is really in a state of mourning right now. Our Prime Minister (Justin Trudeau) even had a tearful tribute to Gord Downie today. Sad stuff...
They can have such an influence on our lives!

Welcome to yet another installment of Christmas Countdown - 2017, the only thread on the entire internet that not only tells you day by day how far away Christmas Day is, but also the distance to the beloved Christmas Season itself.
So, without further delay, here are the numbers:
Days to Halloween: 12 (So close to SINGLE DIGITS!)
Days to the Season: 25 (Three weeks and four days remain!)
Days to Christmas Day: 67 (Less than two months and a week left!)
(Time is just stating to run short. Don't say you weren't warned!)
It was a bit warmer yesterday and a jacket was not needed for a good part of the day.
Today and tomorrow are predicted to be marginally warmer as well, and it should be right pleasant.
We record a still chilly 46 degrees here, currently.

Morning MMC! Happy Friday Eve. The site was down when I got up but now seems to be up and running. Another beautiful 70 degree sunshine day here in late October. Can't really beat that weather. We have till mid-week next week when things change to much cooler weather (more normal for the end of October). Anyway, hope everyone is having a great day.

When my oldest daughter was 2 or 3 she LOVED the Abominable Snowman, she could have cared less about Rudolph so I bought her the stuffed animal, she thought it was the greatest thing and slept with him every night.

Happy Friday Eve!! Looks like it is going to be another beautiful day. My kids are off from school today due to parent conferences. My oldest has soccer practice this afternoon so I will bring her there later. Tonight I am making roast pork in the crock pot. We will have it with mashed potatoes and some type of veggie.

I bet your house will smell amazing!! Love pork roast in the crock - our local butcher has a marinated pork roast & I put veggies underneath it in the crock. The marinade runs on the veggies = heaven!!
(Now I'm going to have to get one of those!

Well back to shorts weather here today with a high of 75. Only a few quick errands to run this morning and then it’ll be back to get ready to babysit Ella this weekend while my sister and her boyfriend go camping down in brown county. I hope everyone is having a great day!!!
