found a new book to read.."walking into Walls" by Stephen Arterburn that I am starting today.
Also going to LittleCSs place to do some more packing. A week to go and then she will be in her new abode.

Good Tuesday morning! I'm working the afternoon/evening shift, so I got a few things done this morning. It's very windy and it's going to be raining on and off all day. And then we'll be back to more seasonal temperatures.
Yesterday at work, I started distributing the invites to our work Christmas party. Of course I brought up the subject by asking employees who knew how many days were left until Christmas. One of them answered "Pierre (a colleague) would know". Pierre and I do share a love of all things Christmas. Hope you will all enjoy a great day!

Good Morning everyone! Cold windy rainy day here, so I am trying to figure out what soup to throw in the crock pot this morning! Made a loaf of apple cinnamon bread and two loaves of pumpkin bread this week. Made the house really smell like the holidays! I hope everyone has a great day!

Two months until Christmas Eve. One week until Halloween. Less than three weeks until my house is decorated and we are into the Christmas Season? We are flying!
After a late afternoon running/track workout, and then an hour in the gym, I had a relaxed evening last night. I even managed to convince Kim to go to bed about 40 minutes earlier than usual. I really enjoyed those extra minutes of sleep. It was much needed!
Tonight, I have a run and dodgeball. I might miss dodgeball to see the Kings play against the Senators, but I won't unless I get free tickets. I want to go see my Kings, I just don't have the money to spend... especially when I have Pittsburgh, NYC, and Green Bay coming up in the next two months.
Well, I should get back to class. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday. Looking forward to the 'Pines tomorrow! Only three more until we enter the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

I did that last week...it drives me crazy!! Hope you are not too sleepy today!
Oh how I wish I could say that. The highs have been in the mid to upper 70s the last several days and the lows have only been in the low 60s. Now today I think mother nature is having major mood swings .. Rainy... WINDY this morning, sunny and warm this afternoon ... rain and thunderstorms called for this evening. Temps should cool off more starting tomorrow, instead of the highs being in the 70s they will be in the 60s.

Yesterday was wet and soggy, but today is cool and beautiful! I've been working like crazy, trying to get caught up here at work, but it's impossible as long as this phone is on my desk. LOL
I got to hold my niece for about a half-hour Sunday afternoon. It is so strange to remember back when my kids were that small!
