Lol, same here. Rocky just got his shortest hair cut to date

I prefer Yorkies with shorter hair, I'm not a fan of the long "skirt" that we see at dogs shows for example. I bet Rocky looks cute as a button. Loki will need a haircut soon but we like him fluffy, so we'll wait a couple more weeks. It's not so warm yet that his fur is uncomfortable.

I'm heading out to pick up my girl!! She looks like a different dog!! She's not chubby at all!! All her floofiness was deceiving!!

I bet Lucy looks more "grown-up" with her new haircut. But I'm sure she's as lively as ever. It's like when the groomer has to shave Loki's beard off because of matting (we have so much trouble combing that area-sigh), he looks like a totally different dog. David calls him "weak-chinned" when he gets that haircut.

I really liked Lucy fluffy too but between the grass clippings, the cottonwood seeds sticking to her paws & belly, & her not liking the heat - it was time!! Ho hum!

She does look so grown up with her new cut, but she's the same crazy girl!!! When I went home for lunch & she greeted me at the door, I had the same shock "Oh ya, she's so little!" LOL I'm use to seeing my fluff ball greeting me!!!

From 20 degrees below normal to 15 degrees above. Why can’t we just have a normal spring any more?



Personally I would have taken the 20 degrees below normal all summer long if I had a choice.

Me too. You know the sun does feel good after a long winter, but man, the downfall to it comes allergies, mosquitos, grass cutting, bees, snakes, ticks and all creepy crawlers out there waiting to spring on you!

Oh, so happy now, that Friday is knocking on the door. I think I’ll just mosey on over to the door and welcome it in.

Tonight was a very meek but yet good tasting dinner; hotdogs, baked beans, canned corn and chocolate chip cookies.

I’m just going to play with the kitties for a bit, then call it an evening.

Morning MMC. TGIF to everyone. Just taking my mom out today for brunch. Looks like 70s and sunshine today. Can't beat this weather. We had thunderstorms last night. Windows are open to the let the fresh air in. Hope you all enjoy your TGIF!

Oh, the beautiful spring colors, that greats us first thing in the morning. Shades of yellow, green, some white. Oh Yes, the wonderful colors of pollen, that has completely coated my blue truck!

Lol... Good morning! I had to laugh, looking out the window at my truck, it was, once blue just the other day. Now, it looks like it’s growing a coat of living bio-matter.

Good friday morning! It is so cold this morning, the wind is brutal. It is sunny though and it’s so nice to see trees finally sprouting leaves! I’m currently at my dealership waiting for my Winter tires to be changed, then I’ll be off to work. I can’t wait for this day to be over, I need this weekend off, it feels like I’ve been running all week. Have a great day everyone!

Yep. That's four days from today, alright.
(Well, what do you know about that, now!)

After a slightly cooler day yesterday, we ended the day with heavy rain and lightning, while being under a severe thunderstorm warning. Fortunately, we had no damage and today promised to be dry and hot, with a predicted high of 89 and 95 for tomorrow.
Whew!
Right now, we are at 64 degrees, here.

Good morning MMC!! TGIF!!! It's a chilly & dreary morning! The forecast doesn't show rain until midnight. I guess we'll find out!
Hubby wants to get the rest of the garden in this afternoon. xx Tonight we have a graduation party we'll go to for awhile & then we'll head towards the lake for the weekend. We are having a Cinco De Mayo party out there tomorrow - yep, a week late. YUM! Sunday we have no plans. We were hoping to get the pontoon out, but the weather doesn't look too promising!

We had a ball flower shopping last night! I would say we did a good job filling up the truck...
After stop #1 (Yes, flowers are filled in all the way to the back - LOL)

AND we had to put 2 hanging baskets in the back seat!
