Merry Friday MMC ~
It’s goung to be sunny and warm today and it’s finally less humid! We’ve had Florida like weather and storms here on the island this past week, it’s nice to get some relief. I’m just having a cup of coffee and I’m working on a menu plan & grocery list. I need to run to the pet store and butcher today. Other than that I will be working on the laundry. Dinner will be steaks on the barbecue with roasted potatoes and corn on the cob. That’s about it for me. I hope everyone has a nice day and a wonderful weekend ahead!!!

Good morning MMC! YAY! It's Friday!!! Just work for me this morning, then I'll be with mom from 1-4...then it's lake time!!


It's freezing in the office again this morning! I bumped up the AC a few degree's! Not sure why it needs to be so darn cold in here. LOL!!!

Thanks HMG! She seems to be getting better every day. I would say she's back to 90-95% her normal orneriness!!

Good Morning, friends~

Friday Blessings!! TGIF!!

Thank you all for your prayers for my sister, Shannon, and her beagle, Hailey.
Hailey was re-tested yesterday, and unfortunately her blood work showed that the antibiotics didn't have the effect we had hoped for, her kidneys have worsened and they are failing her.

Shannon and my niece, Alyssa, have been spending quality time with Hailey, and will be saying goodbye to her this afternoon.

We are all sad, but it is time. She is really struggling this morning.
My Mom is heading over to see her, as she and Dad just returned home from up north..
And my sister is trying to get her into the vet earlier. Hailey is finding some solace outside, so they are resting in the shade at the moment.
Really wishing I could be there for them!
Please keep them in your thoughts.

A busy day here, I have my work and I’m also covering for a co-worker in a sister company.

Tonight is relaxing with Adrian and Harlowe, AC, Pizza, and Netflix.

So, a thing happened this morning at 6:41am!

I haven’t been given the measurements yet, but Little Miss Elizabeth Kay is one vocal little girl! Mom and baby are both doing great. Dad came out crying just like his old man was when he and his sister were born. My heart is exploding with love right now!

Totally agree!! And it's non stop cold air blowing on you/me! It never turns off when it's set at 68! Brrrrrr!!! It hasn't turned off now for awhile, set at 73...I'm about ready to bump it up again!
