Turns out the first company Adrian called is the one who couldn't come until today. The one our contractor went through is who I told Adi to check the warranty with, came right away yesterday. There was confusion through our texts, apparently
Adi's finger is fine now, thanks for asking~

I'm glad it all worked out!! And I'm glad Adi's finger is ok!! Hope today is being much kinder to you both! (And sweet Har, of course!)

Merry Tuesday!!!

It's another hot and humid day here Trying to grin and bear it!
Work today, hopefully not any more issues at home, some errands at lunch, and a nice walk this evening with Harlowe and Adi... once it cools down.
That's about it for me.

This made me laugh out loud b/c that hubby of mine let our walk in closet door open just the other day - where I had a brand new pack of socks...Lucy got ahold of it, ripped the package to pieces & I had socks all over the tv room!! LOL!!!! She also got ahold of & chewed up her antler ears, (Christmas antlers - not elk antlers/treats) & she drug down 2 of her bandana's & 1 of Jim's shoes!!! She's been so blasted ornery lately!!

This made me laugh out loud b/c that hubby of mine let our walk in closet door open just the other day - where I had a brand new pack of socks...Lucy got ahold of it, ripped the package to pieces & I had socks all over the tv room!! Oh I am so tired of the rain here! The trails and parks are all flooded so there's no point even trying to go for a hike without getting all muddy! Is the beautiful fall weather almost here yet??? When does it start getting cold for y'all? Here in FL we start getting in the 70's around the end of October/ early November.

October is the "Month of Change" with a marked cool down. All bets are off after November 1st re: blowing leaves or wind whipped snow.

Happy milestone day everyone! Sorry I have really been meaning to get stuck back into chatting on here but I have been away in Dubrovnik for a long weekend away! Now I’m back I’m gonna try and get involved a bit more and set up my thread of Christmas popping up around England. That's funny!!! They can be such little boogers!! And yes, I did try not to laugh!! She's just been such a pistol! I think she's getting back at us after putting her through surgery!!!!!!
She gets her stitches out at 4, so hopefully all is good there. Her incision looks really good!

It's been another hectic day, but I'm getting closer to being caught up...I hope!

We're still working on getting Jacob moved out, and getting Elizabeth prepared for the next play. Nancy and I spent yesterday afternoon in Savannah. We did some shopping and had dinner at The Metro Diner, so it was good to spend some alone time together.

Leo just ripped apart a pair headphones this morning and he was trying to get my daughter's flip flop. He does this all when we won't pay attention to him. He is a devil!! LOL

I'm starting to get the urge to decorate for fall - mostly b/c I miss the lights in the house at night! I always put lights on the mantle & banister for Fall!
