Just another day of work for me today and then catching up on laundry when I get home. My dad is on vacation so Carolina is excited that her pop will get to take her to and from school. Mike had his first night back at work from vacation and he already has mandatory overtime for the week. I hope everyone has a great week

Good morning and Happy Tuesday!
It’s going to be partly cloudy with a high of 57, we’re currently at 48 degrees. Starting to get those cooler temperatures now. I have to run to the pet store today to get a jacket for Rocky. I also have to stop at Michael’s and Hallmark. I’m still running around like crazy for the bridal shower! Other than that I will be working on my daily chores. Dinner will be tacos. I guess that’s it. Hope everyone is well. Have a wonderful day MMC!

Good Morning, MMC!! Brrr!!! It’s a bit chilly here this morning too. You can see the frost on the apartment buildings and cars. They just said on the news that there are signs we will warm up again around the first of November though. Crazy weather. I’m going to do some baking today. I got a bunch of bananas marked down yesterday that I need to do something with. I hope everyone has a great day!!!

Good Tuesday morning! A windy and chilly night/morning as it’s below the freezing point with the windchill factor. I took out my tuque for the first time this season. We slept with the bedroom window just a crack open, it was nice and cool to sleep. We are resisting turning on the heat for as long as possible. I’m working the afternoon/evening shift today. It’s a busy morning as supper is already made (a nice hearty vegetable soup) and we’ll make a quick run to Ikea in a few minutes. Enjoy your day everyone!

I had to look up what a tuque was. LOL! Hope you stay warm 'n cozy!!
I bought ingredients last night to make Emma's Cheesy Vegetable Soup. Yum!

Good morning MMC!! Merry Tuesday!! And a crisp Tuesday it is!!! Lots of frost on the rooftops this morning!!! That is a cozy sight, being nice & toasty warm inside!!! It's not a problem to see your breath outside this morning! The lowest temp I saw was 33º - not sure if it every actually hit the freezing point of 32 or not?!

I'm at the old job this morning, heading to the new job this afternoon!! Going to be a long day again. LOL!!

69 days til Christmas...how is that possible??? Our friend & her daughters were over selling stuff (through school) last night - her youngest daughter (14) asked me "how many days until Christmas??" I told her 70 - she just shook her head!!!

Good afternoon ... The weather is really chilly now which is great. The warmth and humidity we had been dealing with was horrible and it was making it hard to get excited about fall and Halloween. We may actually have to turn on the heater later this week as they are calling for temps in the upper 30s and lower 40s at night. I know there are few members here near me in the Philly region ... radio station 101 just launched their Christmas Music Survey Yesterday https://www.morefmphilly.com/vip_contest/101-1-more-fm-christmas-music-survey-2018/ so get on there and cast your vote for your favorite Christmas songs and what day you want them to start playing Christmas Music. My son and I started it last night and will do a little each night before he goes to bed. He really takes after me with Christmas Have a great day!

I also just noticed she has a book "Christmas In Nantucket" Oh wait - I just read the reviews & there are many that say it's the same book as "Winter Stroll" under a different name. Bummer!

Gotta love publishers looking to snag additional readers through slight of hand...er...title.

Morning MMC! It's really turned fast out there. I read an article yesterday where they said we skipped over September and October weather and went right to November. Pretty crazy how it seems to happen like that and then in the spring we freeze till April and then the next thing we know its 80 out. Have a great day!

November 1: Freeform Kickoff to Christmas starts @ 5 pm

November 22: Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on NBC @ 9 am

December 1: Freeform begins 25 days of Christmas

December 24: It's a Wonderful Life on NBC @ 8 pm; A Christmas Story marathon begins @ 8 pm on TBS

I haven't see anything yet on Charlie Brown Christmas, Rudolph, Frosty, and the rest.

I got stocking stuffers for BIL yesterday & a shirt for DD today that she picked out. I know of a few gift cards that nieces want, but I'll save up for those and do that later. No rush on those types of gifts. I also got Christmas wrapping paper yesterday that I bought from a school sale. I'm thinking of how I want to decorate the trees and house this year. I need to start on Christmas cards too. Maybe I can work on that tonight...

Happy Tuesday!! My oldest daughter's team won their soccer game so they officially made it to the state tournament but that is not until the first weekend in November. Typical work day for me, I need to fold some laundry tonight and we are having pork chops for dinner. Definitely feeling like fall outside!

I never made it to the pet store today, it might have to wait until after the bridal shower. Thankfully he doesn’t really need it yet, it’s going to be sunny and 63 tomorrow. I promise I’ll share a picture when I pick one up!!!
