Just work today for me and then I'll have to come home and get right on laundry. Carolina is still sleepy and not to happy with me right now since I had to wake her up to get her ready for Mike. Have a Merry Monday!

Good morning ~
Merry Monday!
It’s goimg to be mostly sunny today with a high of 53 degrees. Rocky has an early groomer appointment this morning. I’m going to do some food shopping afterward. Other than that I’ll be working on my daily chores. I’m looking forward to a less hectic week, I ran around like crazy last week for the shower. I’m going to make a big pot of chicken noodle soup for dinner with homemade biscuits. That’s about it for me. I hope everyone has a nice day and a great week ahead!!!

Merry Sunday MMC!
My daughters bridal shower was yesterday and it was beautiful! The wedding will be here before I know it, can’t wait to see her walk down the aisle. So exciting!
I don’t have too much planned for today, I’m still exhausted from yesterday. I’m just going to catch up with the laundry, I didn’t get to do any yesterday. I’m also going to make baked ziti for dinner. That’s about it.
I hope everyone is well and enjoys the rest of the weekend!

so glad to hear the shower was special and beautiful ! My daughters shower is this coming Saturday. Only just over a month to the big day.

Okay, I said wasn’t going to buy anymore Santa’s until after Christmas. I didn’t say anything about pictures of Santa though.

off to the florist with my daughter this morning to make sure all is still on track and confirm the correct flowers have been ordered.
Then I am off to work.
Had beans soaking overnight and are now in slow cooker for a batch of baked beans which will be served with pulled pork and coleslaw.
Chilly this morning, but love the crisp coolness and the awesome fall colors.

Days to Christmas Day: 64 (Nine weeks from tomorrow!)
(That Halloween marker's nearness is downright scary!)

Pretty decent weather here yesterday. A tad on the cool side but really not bad for late October, especially with lots of sunshine and no rain.
Today will again be a dry one with highs in the low to mid 60's, then 70 for tomorrow.
Our current reading is 39 degrees.

Another work week and it's chilly out there. Not too much planned, my daughter has a soccer game today and then my daughter has basketball practice tonight. Tonight I am making oven baked chicken tacos. Hope everyone has a great start back to the week!

Good Morning, MMC!! It should be a perfect day here with temps in the low 60’s. Time to open up the windows again. Not to much on my agenda. Just a few errands to run and then my normal chores. I hope everyone has a great day!!

Happy New Week!

I hope it will be a happy week ... Mr. has a cold and isn't feeling well, so I may be next ... and that would scuttle any audio projects for a few weeks, as a cold totally wrecks my voice. Wish me luck!

On the other hand, I found a vintage 1916 copy of a book I love in really good condition (for its age) and couldn't resist buying it. It should arrive this week! Until now I've only been able to read the book in a PDF I found online. It'll be nice to be able to read the actual book, and see illustrations that aren't low-res scans!

Good chilly Monday morning MMC! I hope you all had a nice weekend!!!

Ours was good & super fast!!! Mom kind of had a rough weekend. Her legs just didn't want to work! She is a piece of work!! It's like her brain just shuts down the sensory to tell her legs to move! But oh boy she can move when SHE wants too!! LOL!!! God love her!

My Buckeyes really stunk up the place Saturday night. And then my Browns got beat in OT yesterday! Not a good weekend in sports! We'll get through it!

Jim broke down & turned on the heat at home this morning! Brrrr.... It was SO windy at the lake Friday night. I don't know that I've ever seen white caps like that before on the lake! Crazy!

Happy New Week!

I hope it will be a happy week ... Mr. has a cold and isn't feeling well, so I may be next ... and that would scuttle any audio projects for a few weeks, as a cold totally wrecks my voice. Wish me luck!

Good afternoon .. Temps dipped low enough last night that we woke up to our first front of the season this morning. We are having an early Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow with the dad and his wife so I will be busy tonight and tomorrow cooking. Debating if I want to go to the high school homecoming game tonight. Perfect weather tonight for football
