Back to work for me and my regular day.
We are supposed to get snow tonight and snow all day until early afternoon. I say 3-6 inches. I am sure the kids will be off.

They're even talking about a little more snow for us tomorrow. That's crazy, 'cause I changed from my sweater to a T-shirt when I went home for lunch today.

Does the cats name have inspiration from the famous Treacle Tart? Btw...the first one I had irl I ate the WHOLE tart by myself.

We were going to name him Molasses and then thought Treacle sounded even better! I've never had a Treacle Tart but I sure wouldn't turn one down!

Can I ask specifically, what some people do on this date each month. I want to make it a tradition. I’ve always been the one who doesn’t start anything Christmas until September. I would like that to change.

I try to watch something Christmas - a movie, or a sitcom or read a short Christmas story. Some peeps make a special dinner, like a turkey dinner ~ mostly in July. I keep it simple or it probably wouldn't happen!

Your forecast sounds very much like ours ... including the fact that no two forecasts agree on the amount we should expect. I may end up working at home tomorrow, and I always feel like a heel doing that when less than a foot of snow is forecast, but my car isn't a good one to navigate snowy/slushy roads, especially with me at the wheel.

Good afternoon, Chilly day here on the east coast, expecting an inch or 2 over night tonight to tomorrow. Just enough to make rush hour tomorrow morning interesting LOL. Of course we bought the kids new inflatable tubes for sledding for Christmas and we haven't had enough snow fall for them to try them out. Thee is still time so hopefully we get at least one more good storm so we can take them sledding. Well my lunch break is almost over. Have a great day!

It's funny how different the weather can be, even not too far away. I just got off the phone with a guy in our Tuscaloosa, AL office. They're closing that office and the office in Birmingham, because it's already below freezing, and it's going to sleet and snow tonight. It might even snow here tomorrow, but right now, it's wonderful outside!

I don't think I ever shared the pictures of Lucy with her cousin Dalton from over Christmas. Dalton is my brothers dog & he lives on the cape. He came to visit a few times over Christmas.

Well, another day off. This one is a bit complicated because of the end of the semester and I am out tomorrow for a personal day. Plus, our school email has been down since Friday and I have projects I need to grade, which are of course, in my email!

Oh well, I am going to head to the school later today to get things ready for my sub tomorrow and hopefully I can find out about the email and plans for extending the semester another day as well as the grade window.

Today is also Henry's birthday! He is 9 today. He certainly is enjoying having another day off.

Last year I planned ahead and saved all my Christmas magazines to enjoy on the 24th of each month. For the 25th and if time permits, I have Christmas movies to watch I've never seen and I'll make a new dish or two to enjoy while watching.

I had a busy day yesterday and wasn’t able to make it to the countdown. I’m up early and just wanted to pop in quick to share some news. My husband decided to get me a very early birthday gift this year. Sunday night we brought home a beautiful boy Yorkie. I am so in love with him and I wanted to share a picture. It’s been awhile since I’ve had a puppy in the house and the little stinker is keeping me on my toes. Oh and we’re still working on a name! I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day, I’ll be back later!

Good Morning MMC! We got some rain and sleet here. Not much snow. But we may get a little this morning. I am just planning on a good work day and then going to Chinese Buffet tonight. I noticed my favorite Christmas tree that I see every year a few blocks from me shut their lights yesterday. Sad but pretty exciting to think the next time I see it will be early December. Have a great Mid-Week Mid-Month!

Good Wednesday morning! First night sleeping without Nyquil went ok. I may be getting over this bug (hopefully). This will be a day where my boss and I will take part in a health and safety training session. I love our h&s specialist, she is incredibly nice and sweet and knowledgeable, but as a trainer, she goes off on these tangeants and side stories and loses us. Maybe today will be different. Hope everyone will enjoy a wonderful day!
