Morning MMC! At least it's not Monday they say. It was a hectic Monday and should be Tuesday as well. Just that time of the month at work. But I rather have it that way than to be bored. It is beautiful out this morning and hope it will continue. Rollins was acting extra crazy Monday. I'm not sure why but I'm glad it's Tuesday now lol. Have a great day!

I can’t find Rockys antler anywhere, I’ll have to pick up another. I was looking at pictures last night and found this one, can’t belueve how much bigger he is already!

Good morning and Happy Tuesday!
We’re starting out with sunshine today but we have showers/storms moving in later this afternoon. Woke up a bit headachey but I’m feeling better already. I need to straighten up the house and start laundry as soon as I finish my cup of coffee. I’ll be running errands this morning, I have to go to the bank, post office and pick up a few things at the supermarket. Dinner will be tacos. I guess that’s about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a nice day!

We move on boldly into the week, the first full one in June, advancing rapidly on summer which begins on June 21, just 16 days from now.
But well before then, we will arrive at the 200-Day Christmas Day Milestone marker which is now only 3 days away. That's LESS THAN HALF A WEEK up ahead.

Yesterday was really quite comfortable, with the humidty down significantly and the temperatures moderate. No rain, either.
Today should see us into the mid 80's with a near zero precipitation chance.
This second day of the work week has dawned here in central NC at 65 degrees.

Awwww he looked adorable, the antler looks so big next to him. I can’t believe I never knew you could give antlers for dogs to chew on. Hope you have a great day HMG!

I just had 2 antlers delivered yesterday from Amazon. They also have deer antlers for dogs, but I've been told the elk are supposedly better b/c they don't splinter.

It was so chilly yesterday evening I had to put on sweats to get comfortable. Also had a cup of hot cocoa before bed. This is June?!? The only thing spring-like about yesterday was the number of people suffering from pollen allergies.

another chilly morning. Got banana chocolate chip bread in the oven. have laundry to do and some more work on a cake for Saturday.
Son is doing much better today after having wisdom tooth removed. The stitches are irritating him a bit. He is just happy to be able to eat again LOL

Good Tuesday morning, Christmas friends!

It's been another crazy-busy weekend and Monday, so I'm just now getting a chance to post.

I had to take half a day off yesterday to go to traffic court with Jacob. He got a ticket for holding his phone while driving. He swears he wasn't using it, but he was spotted holding it by a policeman. $135 later, I think he's learned his lesson.

I'm leaving for another trade show today, back on Friday.

lol...I got popped holding my phone while driving once a couple of years ago, by a MD state trooper! That cost me 50.00 at the time. Live and Learn!

I hope your son feels better soon. If you want him to feel a little bit better, tell him this story; I had (2) impacted wisdom teeth cut and pulled when I was on a ship, half-way crossing the Atlantic Ocean, while I was in the navy. That dentist, was in my mouth cutting while the ship was rocking and a rolling!!

Ohhhhh man, I'll never forget, the ship rocking and rolling, nasty blood taste in my mouth, fighting an infection - not cool!

I went home for lunch to the smell of pot roast in the crock pot! Mmmm, Mmmmm! My hubby sent a text saying it was raining where he's delivering & it's not necessarily a warm rain! Will be a good pot roast night!

Hello everyone! It is cool rainy day. It has been raining non-stop for the last two hours. I actually have the AC off and the windows open. The cats are all acting crazy galloping around the house stalking each other as they do every time the windows are open! Fresh air makes them crazy! Dinner will be homemade bean and ham soup and homemade cornbread. It is actually a good day for soup, although I can eat soup all summer long no matter what the temps! I hope everyone has a great day!

Hmmmm, that's interesting, the Hallmark near us, closed a couple of weeks ago too.
And we had a Bertucci's restaurant closed near us as well. I think they closed 5 of their restaurants in Connecticut. I heard they claimed chapter 11.

A Hallmark store dropping out of the bonus program feels a lot like a mass transit system that reduces service and raises fares in an effort to shore up their fiscal woes.
