Hey all, just saying hello. I hope you're all doing well.
Morning all and a happy Friday Eve to everyone. Warm weather has come to a sudden stop here and been replaced with wind and some rain. I'm probably the only person who's happy about it lol. A few hot days is enough for me.

Morning MMC. My 3 day week ends today so its Friday for me. I definitely feel I need this short week after everything going on at work. And we should have company tonight and some fun with my brother this long weekend. Hope you all enjoy your Thursday aka Friday Eve!

It’s going to be sunny and much warmer today, highs near 85 degrees! My oldest & middle one are both off today so we’re going to order a pizza for lunch and then go out to do some Fathers Day shopping. Other than that I’ll be working on the laundry. We are all traveling together, bound for the same destination, united in our love of Christmas and its wondrous Season.
So, let's join together in awe at our rapidly dwindling count, while we marvel at the approach of a major Milestone marker.
First, the count:
Days to the Season: 152
Days to Christmas Day: 194
Then, the next marker.
By now, we are all aware it is the HALF WAY point to Christmas Day.
But have we stopped to consider how close that marker is to being down to SINGLE DIGITS?
Yep. We are but 12 days away, now.
(Zounds!)
Warmer yesterday, but still not bad. Overcast for a good part of the day, but we still had some sun and avoided any rain.
Today is predicted to be hot (89) with a 50 percent chance of precip.
This day-after-'Pines Day has commenced here in central NC at 74 degrees.
Have a Thrilling Thursday, Folks.
Enjoy the lead-up to Weekend Eve!

Well, another rental season is nearly upon us and we will be traveling to the coast Saturday morning to finalize things for our first renters, who will be arriving Sunday afternoon.
As such.......well, you know.

Happy Friday Eve!! I think I am battling a summer cold, nothing too bad but when it is 80 degrees the last thing I want to do is sniffle..lol Just work for me today and not sure what we are doing for dinner?? My husband is working late so it may be a pizza night. Hope you all have a great day!

Not much going on today besides work. It's a beautiful morning - plenty of sunshine!
Our concrete guy came over last night to measure our driveway. We are having a new driveway poured/widened, & a new sidewalk. It was supposed to be done last year, but they are so busy. Then it was supposed to be done a few weeks ago, but now it's scheduled for the week of the 4th! xx
