Enjoy your staycation Holiday and hope Lucy loves it out on the lake.Good morning MMC! Happy, Happy Friday!!! I set my alarm last night for the last time for 10 days. YAY!!! What a great feeling!!3 1/2 hours of work & then it's time for staycation!
I hope to get Lucy out on the pontoon for her 1st ever boat ride!
It's going to be a cooker this weekend. Can't wait for some Christmas movies on HMM!!!

Good Saturday morning! A true heatwave started yesterday with temperatures reaching 38°C/100°F with the humidex factor. And as luck would have it, we went it to our new store for the first time yesterday and we won't have air conditioning until Tuesday or Wednesday. Perfect timing. Second day of work building up our new store today. Lots to do but day 1 was a success, despite the fact that they sent us the wrong list to check our supplies order. They finally sent us the correct list AFTER we were almost done unpacking and listing everything by hand, so now I have the fun job of reconciling everything. Hope everyone stays cool and enjoys a great day!
Good morning, MMC! How is everyone doing? I slept until about 3:30 and I’ve been up since. I’m hoping that I don’t crash here later - I have a lot to get done today!
I work almost all next week, so we’re celebrating the 4th today. All my family will be coming. We plan on doing chicken quarters, baked beans, mac and cheese, fruit salad, macaroni salad, buffalo chicken dip, and cake. I’m making a special 4th of July Sangria too! I’m running out here a little later on to get the kids a new pool (there’s wouldn’t stay inflated last night), pick up some fireworks, and see if there is anything else fun I can find to do. We’ll put out our cornhole boards, have a campfire, and just enjoy and relax!
Not much else planned for today. DH is working until this evening, but he’ll run the grill when he gets home and I’ll be doing the cleaning and the rest of the cooking here later on.
I’m enjoying some coffee and HMM right now. Stay cool and have a great weekend!

Just saw a commercial about this on Hallmark and looked in to it. They are releasing new books each month - they are based on the movies on Hallmark. This is very exciting!
Also - I wanted to inquire - has anyone subscribed to Hallmark Movies Now app and if so, what do you think and is it worth the money?

And we have now dropped down to the TWO WEEK mark to our next Milestone, the TWO-THIRDS point to Christmas Season, 2018 edition.

It is predicted to be this way for at least the next two weeks.
Oh, well. That's summer in the south for you!

It’s going to be sunny and warm today, highs near 90! Not too much going on here today. I have plans to go out for lunch with my mother and youngest daughter. We’re heading to Hobby Lobby afterward. Absolutely thrilled that tomorrow is July!!! The year is flying but there’s no better way to beat the heat than some Christmas music and movies and QVC throughout the month!!!

Holy heatwave Batman!!! Brutal here in Chicago! So we have been watching some Hallmark movies. Rocky Mountain Christmas is my favorite so far. Stay cool everyone and keep all your pets cool and just don't put them in car with this weather. Cheer's!!
