Good Brand New Week Morning, my Friends!
Back again for another week of Countdowning with you Guys.

Let's head to the numbers straight away
Days to the Season: 198
Days to Christmas Day: 240

Now, before we get to the very exciting news about our next Milestone marker, a sincere Thanks! to Edge for filling in yesterday and seeing us safely into the 100's for our Season count.

OK.
Hold on now, because you may not believe this.
Are you sitting down? Good. Because here we go......
The next pending marker is......get a real good grip on something now......
the HALF-WAY POINT TO CHRISTMAS SEASON 2018!!
It truly does not seem possible, and yet it's true. HALF the journey will be past on May 15, just 16 days from today's date. TWO WEEKS from the day after tomorrow.
Wow!!

The weather was fantastic over at the coast and we had a real nice, albeit short, trip. Things are in pretty good order at the cottage and we should be ready for the next rental season with no problems.
Today here back in the state capital will be clear and dry with a predicted high of 72 and a near zero percent chance of rain.
We start off the new week here at 57 degrees.

Have a Marvelous Monday, Everybody!
Thanks Crown! I'm not sure I can comprehend how we're about to reach the HALFWAY Marker to the Christmas Season already!

I need your help!
I've sent two messages thru the contact us page and have had no response. My subscription runs out Monday night. Is there a way to get a lifetime subscription? Thanks!!!

Merry Monday!
My daughter's prom was a success and they had a great time. Back to the usual routine today. So happy to see the sun today but looks light more rain headed our way this week. Tonight my daughter has a softball game....hopefully it will not be too cold. Hope you all have a great day!

Glad it went well.

I saw three young ladies out near a hotel / banquet centre and they all looked a bit like Arial - I was guessing it was their prom night although it could have been a wedding, I suppose.

I skipped my prom for a beach party - naughty auntie. :sway

Thanks Auntie!
But there is no 3 year option when I go there. Just a two year option.
Maybe Jeff will be able to help me today.

Merry Monday!
My daughter forgot her lunch this morning so I just drove it to her. I’m heading out now to walk Rocky. I haven’t even had a cup of coffee yet so that’s the first thing I’m doing when we get back. I also need to straighten up the house and start laundry. I have a couple of quick errands to run and I’ll visit my parents this afternoon. Dinner will be Italian wedding soup. Thats about it for me. I hope everyone has a nice day and a great week ahead!!!
xx

Good Morning .. had a very busy weekend between projects around the house and grocery shopping. Went to BJs yesterday and my son and husband call me into the aisle they were in and told me to look up and what to my wondering eyes did I see .... a pallet full of 5ft Santas!20190428_113440.jpg of course it brought a smile to my face.

Good Monday morning, Christmas friends!

We had a busy Saturday. We took Elizabeth to another audition for Mary Poppins. She really REALLY wants to be Mary Poppins, but so do several other girls. I think has a better singing range, and of course the acting and dancing chops, but I'm afraid she may be too young for the part. I hope she gets it, though.

Later that night, we went to a singing competition at the same theater, similar to The Voice on TV. It's called The Statesboro Voice. It was a great show! We went, originally, because Jacob was hired to play in the stage band, and that was the only reason I wanted to go. But the singers were awesome! The winner closed with a beautiful rendition of "It Is Well With My Soul".

Sunday was full with a family reunion, and a birthday dinner for our nephew.

My pool is almost 100% clear now. Just a little more effort and we'll be ready for the upper 90's temps.

I hope y'all have a great day! :D

I'm heading back to work tomorrow. I was feeling awful this morning, but it seems to have cleared up; perhaps because things went well at the bank and I got a new pair of shoes for the gym and a few CD's, a new quilt for the bed and I finally spotted the robin resting in the nest on my window ledge that it built a week ago Sunday.

Two of my favourite staff at the bank are coming to my husband's Celebration of Life on June 8th. He always made their day going in and one of them lived on the same street as us many years ago.

Tip to those who may not know; a power of attorney for medical and property is terminated after death; they're only good for when the person is alive. You need a WILL.

I bought a will kit when I was doing my income tax, but didn't get a chance to do anything with it before my husband passed.

The bank couldn't transfer his TFSA to my chequing acount, but they are able to transfer funds from it; it's going to be a great celebration. Two celebrations in two cities two weeks apart.

I sure do miss him.

Keep a merry thought in your head -mistletoe-

Bless your heart Auntie.

Happy Last Day of April MMC! Where are these months going? Before you know it we'll all be in the middle of the summer getting excited for the Bers again. Just another day at work and nothing too special today planned. Monday wasn't bad in terms of weather. We had some sun which seems rare for this week based on the forecast. Have a great Last Day of April!

Rough night - didn't sleep well, but I'll get r done.

O'Malley heard me stretch and called, "Me-maww"; I said, I'm not your memaw I'm your maw" and then I got worried that the robin would get anxious and fly away if it heard O'Malley meowing loudly.

Still nesting this morning. All I can see clearly is the tail.

Stay Jolly -reindeer-

Good morning MMC ~
It’s going to be cloudy with showers today, highs near 60. It’s dry out there at the moment so I’m going to walk Rocky as soon as I finish cooking breakfast for my daughter. I need to do some food shopping afterward. I also plan on going to Bed, Bath & Beyond later this afternoon to pick up a couple of things. Dinner will be tacos. That’s about it. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!!!
xx

Thinking of you, Auntie and many prayers for you...

Good Morning, Folks.

Nothing stands between us now and the arrival of the half-way point to Christmas Season 2019!
Detail to be provided after the daily count numbers are presented.

Days to the Season: 197
Days to Christmas Day: 239

Yes, my Friends.
We have now passed EVERY Milestone marker out there prior to the half-way Season one. It's jut 15 days up ahead. TWO weeks from the day after tomorrow.
Just let that sink in, now.
HALF way back!
(Strains credibility, doesn't it?)

Very nice weather here yesterday with highs in the 70's, no rain, off and on sun and minimal pollen fall.
Tomorrow and the remainder of the work week could border on hot, with our highs getting at least to the mid 80's and possibly as high as 90. Hopefully, the humidity will stay away.
Currently, we perceive 65 degrees on our back yard thermometer.

Have a Terrific Tuesday, Everyone!

Good Tuesday morning, Christmas friends!

While Elizabeth was at dance last night, she got the call from the Mary Poppins director. After an audition and two call-backs, she got the part of Mary Poppins!! She was so happy, she sang until I finally fell asleep around midnight LOL. We're all so proud of her!

Nancy and I were working on her graduation invitations when she called to tell us about it. Even Lulu was excited!

I hope y'all have a great day! :D
