Me too! It's always stuff too that I'm tempted to buy, but it's usually overpriced I think. My parents always buy several items.

I have a lot of snowmen items, so I can leave them out all winter, but DD really loved the Santa, so that's what I went with. I have to really love something on here to get it. I think it's going to look nice in the house.

Good afternoon, friends. How do y'all feel being on the right half of Christmas? I'm pretty excited...and QVC, too? Wow. I almost can't stand it!

Took off today and will be off tomorrow, too. Work Monday and Tuesday, then a five day weekend. We will hit the road on Tuesday for a 4 hour trip to see my brother. He is the parks director in a town of a 50,000...and they have a huge day. I'm pretty excited about our trip. They have an indoor water slide park that we will get access to after hours and an awesome splash pad. That will be on Wednesday. On Thursday, they have a huge day in their town square and then a firework extravaganza. I'm so stinking excited. I love the 4th of July.

Leaving town means quite a lot to do. Yard has to be done, we have to pack, cars has to be cleaned up...so it will be a busy weekend. Looking forward to it!
