Daily Dose of Autumn!!

The pumpkins are arriving at the Arboretum!!! Yay!!! You can see huge boxes up against the house frames full of pumpkins and they are starting to set some up. When finished it will be a huge pumpkin village! I will continue taking pictures of the progress.

We don't have apple orchards here and I missed my chance to visit one when we went to Maryland in the fall a few years back. Maybe one day I will go!!!

No way am I bobbin' for apples - only did it twice and was scared to death I was going to drown - trust issues with the kids around me - now that I'm older, I don't want to be sinking my teeth into apples other people's mouths have touched. I'll just grab one, clean it and dig in!

They had it roped off so that was the closest I could get, for now. As soon as they open the area up I will get a close up photo of it!
