We have a little maple tree turning right as you enter our neighborhood, it's gorgeous. The rest are still green, but it won't be long!

The corn crop is unfortunate, praying for rain.

I was listening to Harvest Moon the other evening-it was quite appropriate! That gold harvest moon was amazing!

Wow!12?! Thanks for the good news, @snowflake22. I'm really looking forward to that first weekend of September with college football, Labor Day, and the beginning of the 'Bers.
One of our weather guys released his long range forecast and I loved it! He said models show a significant cool down coming in mid-September, with some highs in the 60s! That's pretty early for Oklahoma as we usually stay at least in the 80s but sometimes low 90s well into September.

All that awesome stuff just within the first few days of the Bers just shows you how awesome they are. And then it only gets better and better and better as we go along through the Bers. That cooldown sounds nice. Originally I heard we were going to have a mild September. We will see though!
