Just curious is you buy Easter Baskets and fill them or if you purchase the pre-made ones? I usually (except one year) always buy various treats and toys and make it myself.

We do our own, and we keep it simple and small, our boys get another basket from each set of grandparents also.

I buy a small one and fill it for my nieces and nephews.

I always put them together mostly with little toys and just a few different kinds of candy.

I made up d/d basket. It's a cute wicker type basket with pastel colors of pinks, blues, purple and yellows. It also has on the side of the handles two cut out wooden painted bunnies. I filled it with various chocolates shaped liked eggs some pure chocolate others filled with peanut butter, whopper eggs, a chocolate bunny, a yellow hollow duck and a few other things like bunny ring pops. On the bottom under the grass I hid a Zhu Zhu pet game for her DSI. It came with a bonus of a baby Zhu Zhu pet. She's going to be so excited!

Now that my daughter is grown and out on her own I haven’t done an Easter basket for 3/4 years. A guy I work with and his wife do an egg hunt for the kids in their community. Last year I offered to help fill eggs. Went out and bought many different sizes and colors of the plastic eggs and a few bags of candy from Costco. I ended up doing about 150 eggs. The kids had fun and I was happy to help out.
