Honestly, I did not know this was a thing. Personally, we give the kids special Christmas pajamas to wear to bed. Sometimes in the AM, sometimes later
 
I didn't know this was a thing, either! I agree with the points in the article.
 
Never heard of a Christmas Eve box. We do new pajamas on Christmas Eve but everybody can always use new pj's and it's a sneaky way to give what we would need any other time of year - it's just special on Christmas Eve.
 
First I hear of a Christmas Eve box. We celebrate Christmas with my inlaws on Christmas Eve and the kids receive and open their presents from their aunts/uncles and grandparents on that night. I tend to agree that a Christmas Eve box is commercialization.

Never heard of it either! Of course I had to look it up & sure enough they sell special "Christmas Eve Boxes" on Amazon!
