It's a coffee shop chain akin to Starbucks, although nowhere near as big. I think it might be only in Texas and a few other southern states.

BTW, I did ask them if they could make me one of the pumpkin beverages, and I got a very curt "No" in response. When I politely pointed out that their marketing told me to ask for one, the underpaid staffer behind the counter said, "We don't have it yet. Check back in a couple weeks."

Well here we are! On the other side of the Summer Solstice and now I have shared my world famous meme! You can just hear the groans from my Facebook friends, but anyone who knows me knows just how happy I am today!

Good Things happening in just the next couple of days. We are going to reach the 100 Days to October milestone in just TWO DAYS. It will be a special Wednesday indeed. 90 degrees here today, so of course Autumn and Halloween will be on the forefront of my mind!

*IMMINENT MILESTONE WARNING*

TOMORROW we will reach 100 DAYS TO OCTOBER 1ST. To sit here and say that I am excited is an understatement. Because I know very well how FAST the time seems to flow after that seal gets broken on the 100 Day Milestone.

It is going to be awesome, and it is going to be amazing. It's 67 degrees here right now. Yesterday was 91. We had a cold front come in, and the next couple of days are once again going to be "Bers Like". 48 Degrees tomorrow night! So it is going to be amazing to having another Bers Like, or October-like day when we ring in the 100 day to October milestone TOMORROW!

Here's a super quick Seasonal Candy of the Week before I head back to work!

Before my hiatus, I posted a picture from A Halloween catalog page which featured Nestlé Crunch Zombie Eyeballs as one of the upcoming goodies to look forward to this year. Well consider that the start of a new trend, because now Butterfinger is joining the game with their own version:


I do love Butterfingers, so I'll be trying these out for sure. I just hope the crunchy layers aren't too thick. I could see that ruining these pretty quick.

I wonder what other candies will roll out their own zombie eyes this year?

Wow that is July 15th, if I counted the calendar days correctly.

I don't recall Spirit around here ever opening that early, but it wouldn't surprise me if they want to get a little "Jump" on the season due to probably lots of lost sales last year. And the third / fourth week of the month is generally when I first start seeing Fall / Halloween related stuff in the big box stores. Halloween Candy last year was out the 1st week of August, IIRC. I think @The_Escalation said he saw Halloween candy in July before at the grocery store.

**MILESTONE DAY**

Good Morning Halloween Friends! We've done it again! We have reached another milestone, and let me just say, today is a BIG ONE.


The 100 Days to October milestone is now HERE! Even the weather wants to celebrate it with us today, because it is 48 degrees outside, and cruising to a high of mid 70's! All day yesterday and even last night felt like it could be mid September, or even one of those slightly warmer days in October.

I don't want to rush the rest of June away, especially because we have Leon Day coming up, which is just such a huge awesome day for all of us Christmas lovers, but seeing the post yesterday about Spirit Halloween, and this weather, I want July to get here so I can face those last 30 days before "Fall Pre-Season" as I call it, the wonderful month of August.
