Halloween 2024 Countdown!

It started out as a small candle manufacturer in Centerville, IN. It is not too far from where I live in Ohio. They grew pretty quickly and their candles are sold at a lot of stores in the area. The actual store is really neat, the building has a giant candle next to it. We have been buying their candles for several years now. They smell really good and have a lot of scents.
Oh I'm VERY fond of Mr. Boo.
My wife found him at Target years ago. I don't know if they still sell him around Halloween season, but I saw a VERY close approximation in HomeGoods last week.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! It's the first weekend of FALL PRESEASON! We're down in the 50's now on our Days to Halloween count!
Next weekend I decided that I am going to put out the rest of the Fall decorations here, usually I wait until the 3rd week of August to have everything up, but there's just too much excitement from my part. I can't wait any longer!
I'm hoping to visit Bath & Body works today while we are out running errands. Still no mowing to do, but the grass is slowly starting to green up from the rains that we've had, and I imagine I will have to mow again maybe as early as next weekend.

I babysat my nieces kids last night and I am happy to report that my great-nephew had on jack-o-lantern socks. I suspected he had dressed himself because his shorts were on backwards and inside out and he confirmed that the socks were his favorite!
Have to love a kid whose favorite socks have jack-o-lanterns on them
You're just like a little kid. I love it. BTW, I keep bugging Michelle to put out ours.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Sunday! Lots of feels yesterday as I finally found Halloween Candy on the store shelves at Martins! We had a lot of rain yesterday - over .6 inches and I loved smelling that "rain smell" yesterday evening when I let the dogs out - It was cool outside and that smell just sent over a lot of feels. Maybe it was indeed THE SMELL OF MUSHROOM.
If you look at those counts, you'll see that tomorrow, to quote Samara from "The Ring" - "SEVEN DAYS" - is all that stands in the way of us and the 50 DAYS TO OCTOBER (!!!) milestone! That count, and the Halloween count, is the two counts that I tried to keep out in front of me as long as I could!
Today we're heading out to check out the Third Battle of Winchester park, where I will be running the half marathon on August 25th. After that, we are going to hit Bath & Body Works and hopefully come home with some Halloween Wallflower scents!

Not half bad. It used to be one of my favorites when it was first introduced, but in recent years I feel like the quality has dropped. Tastes like they muted the maple flavor quite a bit. Still, for a K-cup, it's definitely one of the better ones out there.

Just got home from the grocery store. Not much to report in terms of Fall items or Halloween candy.
However, we did find (and buy) some Pumpkin Spice coffee and picked up some apple cider.

I have saw pictures of this shared online! I was at Lowe's yesterday buying shingles for a shed project that I will be undertaking later this month, and did not really take time to look around for Halloween stuff. However, my timehop from this time last year showed that my Lowe's did have a bunch of the Halloween stuff out, even the big 8 foot tall werewolf, and grim reaper, etc... So It's worth another look for sure, when I go back!

Happy Monday Halloween Friends! The first weekend of Fall Pre-Season is in the books and now we are back on the road as we continue through Fall Preseason and march through the heat and storms to our ultimate destination - THE BERS.
I was so excited to finally see Halloween candy out in the grocery store over the weekend. And the picture that Rich shared up above from Lowe's - I've seen that stuff shared over the past couple of weeks, but I haven't really taken time to look at my Lowe's yet, even though I was just there yesterday.
We're one week out from the 50 DAYS TO OCTOBER milestone, and we will enter into a 30's count on Days to Halloween Season on Thursday! How extraordinary!
