Hallow’s Eve is nigh and the winds are blowing clouds and shadows across the sidewalks and lawns and windows of children everywhere.
Excitement and anticipation are beating in the hearts of young Trick-or-treaters, and dentists are cheering for us all to go heavy into the night.
And Weekends R 4 Halloween Kidz
is playing the best Halloween songs on this or any planet, including Mars.
So turn up the volume,
dim all the lights, (especially since the show is on during daytime), and lean in to the the only radio show dedicated to goosebumps, Snickers and costumes. I have three of my own songs blasting throughout, and so does Laurie Berkner. That’s two different triples. Also, Oogie Boogie, Ursula
and Cruella DeVil bring their twist on life with some memorable songs. Ooooh, the villains
get the best songs, don’t they?!
But, the Munchkins slowly gather in the center of town to sing of the happiness and joy that they feel now that they are free at last of the witch’s evil control over the county of Oz. It makes you want to almost put a movie on. Hmmm, which one . . . ?
(HEY! Don’t feed the monkeys!!) And on the light hearted side of Halloween, Sara Lovell, Push Pop Jr., and Thomas and Friends bring us some wonderful, cheerful songs that are totally in the Halloween spirit. And Raffi just brings a Halloween spirit. It’s sugar free, gluten free, and just FREE,
so make sure to tune in, throw down the tablets and gaming consoles
and have a wonderful family radio time enjoying great Halloween songs on this final October episode of W R 4 K!
