It reminds me of a song we sang in school:

Jack Frost has come to visit us,
He plans to stay a while,
To nip the nose and bite the toes,
And make the pumpkins smile.
He'll scare the pumpkins off the vine
In time for Halloween,
And nip the nose of any ghost
That ventures to be seen!
