The weather today is kind of Octoberish---cold and rainy---except the leaves are all green. (Except for a few brown ones, because it's been very dry this spring.)

I thought the same thing this morning... woke up to damp and chilly (temps of 53) after being hot and very humid (upper 80s) yesterday. I thought it was the perfect day to bake cookies and make a nice big dinner but had to go to work instead.
Yeah, we were cleaning out the laundry room a couple weeks ago and I found a scarecrow, which took me back to the fall.
I also keep a Mulled Cider candle at work and next to my computer at home. When I need a fall-fix, I open the cap and take a long sniff. Ahh!

Not really Halloween related but it sort of is...
Our local Target has had their summer items on display in the seasonal section for some time. But now, they've added 4the of July merchandise! Independence Day is one of my favorite days of the year, but I also love seeing this because it's one more holiday closer to the Fall and Halloween!
In just a month and few days the summer items will slowly make way for back-to-school, then eventually Halloween!

We had the two pictured and the ghost as well, back in the 70's!
Oh my this makes me smile, LOVE it!
LOVE IT!!!!! We had the pumpkin one and a ghost one when I was a kid .. We also had several Christmas ones too. Talk about a trip down memory lane ... Thanks!!!
