halloween tv schedules for 2010??

does anyone know when they will be coming out with any halloween tv schedules?? im looking for cartoon network,syfy(well one specific movie on syfy)its called the hollow.it has that backstreet boy in it i think nick carter...also they came out with the halloween schedule for disney channel.
