Good morning friends.
Looks like 252 days until the Halloween Season, and 290 until Halloween.
But here are some better numbers:
The halfway point to the Season is March 24th (that's close!). We only have 69 days until then.
The halfway point to Halloween, May 1st, is 107 days away.
Not bad!
Have a spooky Friday!

I might make no sense at all but somehow this also makes me feel close to the start of the Christmas season too. It's keeping me positive and excited! Thanks Ryan!

I ordered two Lemax houses from the harvest range. They were in the sale! I am starting an Autumn/Halloween collection and I'm so excited to be planning for it !!! The kids are already talking about what costumes they want this year too!
Yay!!! Which ones did you get?
It's so addicting :p
I have a Pete's Pumpkin Patch from that collection =]

I came across this particular one while shopping the Christmas collection online. It is the Lemax Earl's Farmer's Market. It says it's from the Harvest crossing collection. The other one is the Woodbury cottage which I don't think is part of that range but I thought I could make it work but I have not seen it up close yet. The woodbury could also work with the Christmas village.
They were so heavily discounted that it inspired to start a collection for autumn/Halloween. I have always wanted one but never found any pieces in those ranges here before.

I have been looking at the Spooky town collection and my goodness! Yes it is addictive! I would love to get a few.but I have only found them on AmazonUK so far and they are EXPENSIVE. Cheapest is £70.00! So it gives me something to work on during the year and hopefully find them cheaper elsewhere. I'm curious to see whether this shop/site will stock these ranges nearer to the season.

Love it! Enjoy, Sam!

I have found some really neat autumn accessories at craft stores. Those are hard to find. I've even bought miniatures, from the advice of my friend who collects model houses.

I love the harvest Crossing collection, we can't get them locally but I do order online from them.
My Autumn Village consists of pieces from the harvest Crossing collection by Lemax and the Bradford exchange Hawthorne Village- Terry Redlin and John Deere collections.
I do have a few Halloween spooky town pieces, as well. I am a little more choosy with them.

Your collection is gorgeous from the photos you have posted.

They are also hard to find here and online shipping from the states is excessive!

Is the spooky town in the same scale as the harvest crossing? It's mostly the spooky town accessories that have caught my attention. There are a few pieces that would make perfect little accents! Just found somewhere online that carry a few. There is one in particular that I just love - some black cats on a fence under a moon that lights up!

Thank you.

They are approximately the same size/scale, but every piece is different. Some Spooky Town pieces are houses or businesses, some are animated rides, and therefore are much larger.
All of the harvest collection pieces I have are about the same size as a village house/business.

The Spooky Town accessory sounds neat!
I have a few of their trees, dogs in Halloween costumes, witches, and a full harvest moon that illuminates.

Harvest Crossing actually has a few accessories, as well. I typically separate my autumn village from my Halloween village, reason being space issues and also that I can display the autumn one much longer.
