Happy Halloween, What are your plans?

Happy Halloween everybody!

We usually take a walk in the evening around the neighbourhood and look at the decorations. There is one house that goes all out! They have all sorts of props and effects . They take a collection from onlookers and then donate it to a local charity.

After our walk it's back home for a nice meal, snacks, treats and a film. We carved our pumpkin last night. I still need to get some candy in for trick or treaters. It's forcasted for heavy rain later though so everyone might just have to stay in this year!

we never have trick or treaters @ my house. we live too far off the road. we usually go to my Mama & daddy's to see all the kids that come there. have fun!

Well, after staying up late and then waking up early to finish the costumes, I am about to wake my girls and take them to my mom's house while I work for a couple of hours. When I get home, we'll carve our pumpkins and then get dressed up in costumes and I'll take the girls trick-or-treating with their cousins. It is nice as we do it in my parents neighborhood, so my kiddos get to trick-or-treat to the same houses (and in many cases, same people) as I did growing up! We'll finish the night by sorting candy and drinking hot chocolate.

Happy Halloween! I'll spend the day baking treats and tonight we'll take our two kids trick or treating with our two nephews, then come home to hand out candy! I'm excited, it's my daughter's first Halloween! It's going to be a fun day!

Happy Halloween everyone! We made it through Sandy, and plan to give candy to anyone brave enough to come out this chilly day. Sadly, our outdoor decorations are all put away, but we still have our crank ghost and all the window decoratiods up.

We have been forcast the heavy rain aswell hopefully we will be able to go out trick or treating before it starts!

Ive to nip out for treats still, we have not long since finished the pumpkins, will upload a pic of them later when ive got the girls dressed up aswell!!

Happy Halloween! I'm taking a half day off from work and will go home to watch loads of horror movies and get ready for Trick or Treaters. We made gift bags so there's not a ton of preparation necessary really.

It's supposed to be cold but not raining so I guess we're lucky.

Good Evening! We have baked cake and muffins,
and decorated them for Halloween...
Have decorated inside and outsiden with lights, ghost, pumpkins and spiders.
We ate pizza for dinner and are soon ready for some trick or treating.

We have lots of candy and we are going to see a movie later tonight.

There is a Harvest party with a chili feed planned at my church tonight so we will be taking the kids to that and also trick or treating around the neighborhood a bit. Hope everyone has a fun safe night!

It was a good evening. We were not able to go trick or treating due to heavy rain. This also meant that we only got 3 trick or treaters which were the kids on my street. So we missed going for our walk and taking the kids trick or treating for teh first time

Anyway we watched Scared Shrekless and Shrek's Thrilling Tales and palyed a few games.

DH & I took vacation time this afternoon to go to DD's school for their Halloween party. We ate dinner out, then took DD to Halloween in the City to Trick or Treat. We were home just after 5:00 p.m.! We had church at 7:00, with only 5 kids showing up, 3 of them teachers kids. I guess the rest were still in town. After church, we came home & watched the Disney Ichabod Crane movie, our annual tradition!
